daniel lThe U-Haul smelled like smoke and had some items (pocket change, dust, etc.) left from previous users. Also, no fault to the dealer, I was not aware that there is no rebate for unused mileage and days. I was allowed three days and 485 miles. I knew I wouldn’t need that much, and was told I could receive a refund for unused days and mileage. I turned in the truck a day early and 100 miles short of the allotted amount, but only discovered then that there is no rebate. Had I known this, I would have rented through a different company.

John WThe first 2 5x8' trailers lights didn't work. Owner subtly blamed my equipment being at fault, but was proved wrong when hooking up lights on the 3rd trailer. Other than that, site wasnt an issue.

David RIf you rent it for an 8-hour period and you return it in a 4-Hour period there should be a compensation for that 4 hours that you didn't use

ADRIENNE RStop the up charging without talking to a customer. For $25 dollars in up charge you lost a client. I dropped the trailer my self called uhaul and checked it and got charged a drop fee wtf.

Timothy MU-Haul needs to make available more vans, trucks, and smaller than 15-20 foot box trucks for customer convenience. The ladies at Bargain Barn in Grand Bay, AL where I rented from were knowledgeable and efficient.
ray bFirst make sure they log miles on EVERY trip correctly! So the computer and truck match! I was almost charged 80 miles for a 20 miles trip. If it hadn't been for Ms DeeDee and Ms shannon taking time to listen and looking back in the record, I would have been over charged. These two women did a awesome job!!
