This location is horrible to rent from. They do not have key pick up properly arranged. Therefore only key available via dropbox was 10' van even though 2 15' were in the lot. Caused entire process to take an extra day. You need to clean this up, I bet it's nice to have a bunch of random 3rd party locations but you need to make sure they work logistically for your customers. Unacceptable, won't be using Uhaul again.

After completing the online order, I was not given a code to unlock the key box. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the manager to come, collect the information again, print the information, sign the agreement before I could get a key.

First couldn't find my order. I had called earlier to be sure everything was ready to go. Never received the 2 dollies. Was told I would not be charged. I've been charged When you call the number I got some guy who said hello and I had to ask if it was uhaul

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Uhaul anymore I had a problem with the trailer lights and I spoke to three people on that day too were very rude the only person that was nice with the young lady at the roadside assistance I was crunched for time didn't want to wait 90 minutes for someone to show up and fix the lights I asked if I could just take it to another location they said no so I probably won't be ready from you all anymore

Given the fact that I rented the truck online on a Saturday night, and ordered an appliance and furniture dolly, I was very impressed to see both on the back of the truck when I arrived on Sunday. The owner was very cool. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Very disorganized. Lost my order and put moving behind two hours. I booked it the Day before, with confirmation number and they still wouldn't give me a truck. Very frustrated and they still charged me, which is absolutely ridiculous.

I waited 30 min to get in contact with the uhaul member. For 9 miles trip 1.5 gallons was charged. I believe i was over charged and when tried to reach out no one is available.

The drop off was a barber shop. No one from UHaul was present at 2 o'clock on Saturday. I had to ask for a receipt from the barbers for my drop off and was given something on a post it note. No one checked or verified my mileage or fuel level. I am very concerned uhaul May come back on me and say something was wrong and try to charge me further. This was the worse UHaul experience ever, the drop off only.

We were not asked for our license, insurance was added without our consent and we did not sign contract. The uhaul had hardly any gas and we had to fill up before use. We were relocated three times from our original reservation. I called the local number to complain and have insurance charge removed with no results!
