It would be helpful for the location to be open or at least have one on-site representative to help resolve technical issues in a timely manner. During the mobile check-in, my phone lost network connection multiple times, slowing down my approval process. On move-day, the last thing you need is to waste time on your phone for something as simple as that.

rep is south hill was very nice. however, since the office wasn't open on sat. i had to use the unlock/key code feature which really sucked. you guys need to come up with a better service when picking up a truck comes into play when the office is closed.

When we reserved the UHaul, the representative stated to call 1800-UHAUL on the day of pickup and they would provide key instructions. When we arrived on Saturday and called 1800UHAUL, the process was lengthy, we spoke to approximately 8 people, had to download an app, and it was extremely difficult to get the information that we needed to get the key to the UHAUL at the remote location. In addition, we were quoted $29.95 by the rep when reserving and had to pay $39.95 for the vehicle on Saturday when we picked up. The female who finally helped us was exceptional, but the seven people before her and the person at the local branch were less than helpful and forthcoming with accurate pricing and steps to get the vehicle on Saturday and after hours.

I`m 70, dropped trailer off, was told to park and disconnected it. I have bad knees. My wife went in to get a recipe. She also asked if anyone was around to help. A man came out the rear door asking if I needed help. By this time I was done. ( when I first came in I asked for somewon to help and was told their was no one to help )

There was confusion on who would tell me where the key was. I was 45 minutes late departing trying to find out where the key was. I was told the person on the phone would tell me but they did not know. I had to contact the owner and luckily they answered and advised.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE! We paid everything up front, returned the trucks EARLY, returned with over 100 gallons more gas than we received them, yet U-Haul has decided to not only NOT reimburse us for the 100+ gallons, but ALSO saw fit to charge our cards AGAIN, for over $110, without explanation. These people are a bunch of corrupt thieves, and we will be suing U-Haul! It is unethical business practice to charge for shorting them on the gas, but not issue any refund for overages. I doubt U-Haul will even post this, which would also be unethical, so we'll be checking!

There was an issue with the pick up from U-Haul to begin with. We were given an extra day of rental at no additional charge but when dropping out the truck we were informed that we had to pay an additional amount for insurance. This was never explained to us. This whole rental from beginning to end was extremely upsetting.

Keisha was great. The experience otherwise was a disaster. The pickup location was changed every day. I got confirming notices almost hourly with the pickup location being changed back and forth each time. It was the most confusing and annoying experience ever.

Truck was constantly making a strange noise on the highway, possibly a transmission issue. Customer service/reservation process was surprising smooth but the actual vehicle was worrisome. Also this was an alternate pick up location because the original pick up location I selected on-line said they didn't have any moving trucks at their location even though the website said that they did

There was supposed to be a truck reserved for me but there was not. The contact person did not answer the phone and his voice mailbox was full. Had to call the uhaul company to get instructions for how to get my truck and was transferred four different times. I would not recommend this location to anybody on weekends bc their self-service was terrible. Ended up taking an hour to get out of there.
