The truck was clean, but the direction need to be check(you have to drive the truck with the wheel at an angle to drive straight). Also did had light in the dash while driving.

I have used UHaul numerous times in many locations across the country. This was the number one experience in customer service and deserves the Oscar! Tony made sure every step of the way that our experience checking in and out by phone app went smoothly. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was, thanks to him! OH, and the van was great too! Another great UHaul experience :).

These folks were incredibly well-prepared, professional, and kind. I ended up keeping the truck later than I should have and unfortunately caused them extra work because of it, but they were incredibly nice and courteous about it, and I am so appreciate that I will continue to give them my business

The signage for returning the truck pointed in the opposite direction that I needed to go. The people working there made me unhook the tow dolly and push it by hand to their garage. They then had me back the truck into a fairly tight parking spot without any one to guide me into the spot. They were friendly, but not helpful.

Ruthless manners and talks from this center call, frequently called for their next reservation. I mentioned the issue happened with moving help. She informed me that they are not concerned with Uhaul and movinghelp at all, and told me to return the truck in any situation. on time at 11am. Even I was informed to return at 5 pm the same day of return. She took in the next day and penalty me $110. ruthless talks multiple times. Moving help confirmation sent by moving help and the guy did not show up. This severe issue with your confirmation business model. 2. This uhaul location lady, I have ever seen lady ruthless and no business sense and retaliation attitude. Any situation removes this kind of person from the business. 1800 number can not address issues of timezone as they start at 7 am arizona time means late for virginia time. So up to 10 am I could get update about moving help confirmation. There are the fake moving help service provider in your system you got to removed them. 4. Truck given was not good for a hilly road, It was hardly runing at 40 mph and transmission problem even if release gas pedal truck engine keep running ar 4k rpm. gear does not change. remove this type of trucks for a long mountain drive.

Check the GPS location, as I could not do the automated check-in with my phone using either the app or the website, and after over 30 minutes on hold the person on the phone said I was not at the right location.

I did not agree that when I dropped it off they would charge me for a few extra miles and I only mean 9 miles over when I filled the fuel tank 1/4 tank more than what I received it therefore I should be getting a credit for 1/4 of fuel, and I did mention it to the office personnel he agreed but did nothing to accommodate me.

Over charges customers for rentals. I was charged double the quote even with returning the vehicle 2 hrs before the needed return time. Even sent a message via the website return process to the location letting them know when the vehicle was returned (at 12:50pm).

We dropped the Uhaul off on Saturday at 1:15pm and the people at the drop off location didn't record the drop off until Sunday at 7am. So we're still waiting to hear back and get our money back for the extra day. On top of this it was hard to find the building. Google doesn't know where it is. Which isn't this locations fault but nonetheless I wouldn't recomend this drop off location.

They were very helpful with drop off. Parking can be tough for larger trucks but staff is exceptionally helpful.

This is exactly what I am talking about with Uhaul - the return address listed is not even close to the drop off location that was arranged! The communication system and interaction with customer is lacking - I had already dropped off truck, as scheduled and later in the day get a text saying my new drop off location has been assigned and it isnt the same location as listed above!

The drop location was mentioned in website. But the drop location had a board showing U-Haul Returns in different direction and place. This could cause misunderstanding

For a 26-foot truck, this location was too small. It was pretty challenging to return the truck into a spot that fit with all of the other large vehicles in the area. Getting charged for $20 for dropping off after hours is ridiculous. How is this any different than dropping off when someone is present when I do all of the steps through the app? Simply ridiculous.
