I had to wait for 1 hour to get the truck as mine was 24Ã—7 pickup at 8 am and no I was given instructions to open the lock box and keys should be there but there was no keys then I had to wait for 1 hour for tje store to open to get the truck.DEEPAKKUMAR S.
The only problem was using the return site on the phone. Not all cell phones are capable of downloading pics. Very stressful for an older person. Next time I will be sure to make sure the location is open to avoid having to complete the online report.ROBERT S.

The mobile pick up was pointless. When I attempted to do the mobile pick up, I put all my information in including pictures and after submitting it gave me an error. So I had to go in the car shop where they did the exact same thing I just had to do online which was a waste of time. However, the van was clean which I was thankful for that.ashley R.
The only thing that was disappointing was that this location did not have the dollies we ordered. They let me know they have told UHaul several times that they don't have them. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, U-Haul not so much. After an hour on hold after two different operators picking up, I felt unappreciated by UHaul itself.Wendy K.

The Dolley I have requested and purchased was not provided which is a major headache on a moving day. Likewise someone was supposed to contact me regarding the charge and instead you guys went ahead and charged me for the full amount and didn't even credit me for the item. I typically use Penske so I will go back to using them in the futureChanel J.
