Sharllaw G.I dropped the trailer off a day early. When I arrived the open sign was on but door was locked. When I was trying to take pictures of the trailer it made me say it was not clean so I had to pay 15 dollars.
Seth P.The lady in charge did not come out to do a walk-around with me and gave me a truck with a dirty back area. I only rented the truck to have something to tow a car with (I was also renting a car dolly) so I never even opened the back area, but when I returned the truck, it was dirty and they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee.
Wayward G.I was charged $60 for a fuel fee. Vehicle was returned with the same amount of fuel that I picked it up with. This $60 fee is outrageous compared to the my experience picking up this vehicle. Vehicle was reserved for pickup in Arabi, GA. Upon arriving for pickup I was told vehicle was not available and was directed to Vienna, GA which was 20 miles away. Upon arriving at Vienna I was told that no vehicle was available and that the one on property was already reserved and larger than the one I reserved. After talking to you corporate office they were directed to give me that vehicle, however, they did not have the Tow Dolly that was reserved. I was then directed to Cordele, GA. 8 miles away to pick up a Tow Dolly. This experience not only cost me time, more money than my original quote, gas for driving to 3 different cities, delay to my original plans and the overall frustration of taking 3+ hours to pick up a vehicle that would originally take 15 minutes. With the experience that I have been through to rent this vehicle, I can't believe I was charged an additional $60 upon return. I would like to request this charge be credited along with honoring the original charge that I was quoted. In addition, this vehicle was returned a day early. Andrew Wilkins 407-965-8801. VINCENT D.You are trying to charge me for fuel that I did not use. I only put 30 mi on the truck and left it with a half a tank of fuel. I haul your truck up here on a car hauler. I only Put 30 mi on the truck. You need to check out your files for where I turned the truck in. You have pictures of the odometer and the fuel when I dropped off the truck.

Trey M.Had multiple reservation issues with the U-Haul Help Desk regarding the location of a 15 Foot Truck. Bandey Auto Sales was suggested. This location was 50 minutes away from my starting point. Upon arrival there was no one at the facility, even though they had an OPEN Sign illuminated. Called the facilities number as listed on their sign on the front door. Left (3) Messages and have not received a call from them to date (4) Days Later... Call U-Haul Help Desk again and was able to finally locate the rental truck. Inspection showed the truck to only be marginally clean in the cab and had a distinct musty smell. The App did not allow me to make these comments. As I opened the Cargo Area Door I was exasperated to find that the Moving Dolly, Furniture Dolly, Equipment Dolly and 24 Moving Blankets were not on the truck as ordered. Had to contact the U-Haul Help Desk yet again to find out what to do about my required Moving Supplies. Help Desk Agent attempted to contact Bandey Auto Sales and did not get a response either. They were finally able to locate all my supplies at AAA Storage in leesburg, GA. They had everything except the Furniture Dolly. By making this additional long distance trip I lost valuable time. To make matters worse, I was charged $61.97 in excess mileage charges when I returned the truck. This is unacceptable in my opinion. I have never had a more frustrating experience with U-Haul than this time. Certainly not what I would have expected. Hopefully someone will read this review and take appropriate actions. My further view of U-Haul will be based on the follow-up actions taken from this Customer Review. Respectfully, Michael D. Walent Sr.
