Flavio DonneysI rented a cargo van. The latching mechanism on the right-side rear door wasn’t working properly. Upon notification UHaul sent someone to have a look. He said the mechanism needed replacing, but he managed to at least get it to latch shut for our trip. Just wanted to let you know because there’s a danger of the door flying open if the latch doesn’t get replaced. Otherwise the van was great!

Christine ChenDo not rent a U-Haul from this location!!! Customers should really be told that not all trucks are kept on premise. I accidentally happened upon the truck parked behind the a shopping center across and down the block from them. After numerous phone calls to U-Haul and an hour wait I was able to pick up truck. I read prior reviews that were poor for this location but did not heed the warning. I would not reccomend using this pick up location !

Veronica McintyreThink it was very unnecessary that they charged me an extra 30 because my card was a cashapp card and then i put gas in the truck and then charge me 13 something more for gas then try to recharge even more like it' makes me feel like ur money hungry plus I only wanted to renting out for a half a day not the whole day I had it back in five hours and I know u can rent the truck for hours not a full day and when I try to rent the truck in grand gorge I couldn't get get it the truck rental was supposed to be 35 and it cost me 100

Anna BlishI had to pick up my truck 50 miles from where I wanted due to limited availability. I feel I shouldn't have been charged for those 50 miles. Also, requiring 2 contacts or a passport is a bit excessive when you have a picture of my license.
Graham RossFirst off, the lady who helped me at the front desk and the man who hooked the trailer up were very nice and helpful. But I had a terrible experience with the trailer. The trailer was completely covered in mud on the inside, to start. Then, 1 hour into my trip, I got out to check on the trailer, and one of the tires was completely worn down to the white belt inside. This clearly was an oversight from the dealer, as there was no way this would have been caused by me driving only 1 hour in the trailer. I had to wait 3 hours for roadside assistance to come change the tire for me, and I completely missed the timeline that I was on. The roadside assistance crew was great.

Joseph DeCarloDue to shortage of trucks of desired size (20 ft) I had to make a 2-hour rip to pick it up. I also needed a trailer (autotransport) which was located at another distant station.
STANLEYKEITH SESSIONSI was belatedly informed that the truck I had reserved at my original (close) pick up location was actually not available. They apologized for the delay in communication and directed me to B&D. With the time element being critical, Joe made every effort to accommodate my needs and everything worked out well in the end.
