Had trailer to use did not use because storm was made to bring back so I spent money never used it dealer said had to bring back he had it rented instead of find that customer a trailer

It helps that the location is convenient for me to get to as well. I’ll be a future customer if I ever need a rental truck in the future.

Larry PFor uhual as a company, it is crap and makes you go through a big process just to rent a small trailer and I will try avoiding to use uhual because of this, one process involves giving a contact information of family, but if you don’t have family or someone applicable you can’t rent a trailer.. as far as this location I was told there was military discount over the phone, when I came inside they denied it.. what a waste of time with this location, drove 50 minutes one way.. they gave me a trailer that already had garbage laying around in it and I had to clean it up myself, and this place is full of BS

REBECCA GReturned it on time. Owner came out and yelled at me for parking it with out coming to him first. Got an extra bill for a 2 day late return. Called U haul. 30 min on line and U Haul could not get the owner on the phone. I got a call from a person at U haul in Lake wales saying a bunch of non sence. That U haul in Lake wales has probbley bill others for extra time and got away with it. Not happy at all Not about the extra 66.00 $. Being ripped off for that amount.
Jim BEl servicio es excelente muy rápido y buena atención. Pero el lugar anterior que trate de alquilar fue en local de storage de la 27 llegando a Cipreses Garden y fue un fracaso. La persona muy amable pero no sabe hacer su trabajo. Nos tuvo 3 horas en el teléfono para decirnos que no podíamos alquilar el trailer porque nuestro vehículo no calificaba y teníamos que alquilar un camión de la compañía. No se como ponen personas no aptas en lugares así. Mi recomendación es este lugar muy rápido y saben lo que están haciendo

mickey sWe were moved from location to another without the new location being notified. I pointed out that the fuel level on the paper work was higher than what was actually on the gage. He said it was ok. Just fill it up to where you started. I over filled by about $5.00 and was still charged $23.00 for not filling to what was on the paperwork. The guy would not listen to me.

JAMES BUhaul was a 15’. Driver window did not go down. It had no window crank and had cardboard holding window up, which fell down on the way back to drop it off. The Check Engine light was on. I told them before I left but they said “it was just serviced and light will go off.”. It did not go off and I smelt anti freeze the whole time. Also there was no window wiper on the passenger side. It did rain but not hard so I didn’t use them. When I brought the truck back, the window had fallen all the way down (card board fell inside the window). I now have an ear infection because of the strong wind blowing in my ear for 13 miles. All they said was “Sorry”. I don’t think I should have been charged $30 plus mileage for a ragged old truck, that also had dents in it in a few places. I understand it may be used a lot but I also k ow things should be safe and fixed for the next renter.

WILLIE IThe van was dirty inside and the person I picked it up from did tell me this. Said someone else was supposed to clean it. Also it was a rainy trip and the wiper blades were no good just smeared the rain rather than wipe it off.

Alain CUhaul changed my location pick up adding miles to my trip. When I pointed out I should not be charged for the extra miles since uhaul changed the location Uhaul said they would refund me the charge for the added miles. They have not refunded the charge.
