Sean BThis Uhaul rental experience was the best experience that I have ever had when renting a Uhaul. Mr. Darrell Asbury and his super team at B&R Tire in Winston Salem, NC were the bees knees when it comes to renting Uhaul equipment. They had a huge selection from which to choose. The process was quick and painless and I felt like I was practically family while waiting to rent my Uhaul equipment. Even the guy driving the fork lift was extremely nice and friendly and he even waved at me.

Carlos EFirst of all I asked for a regular size truck with a long bed. I only had to move a washer and dryer,and a mattress. I was told to upsize. For what?? Then I get the box size vehicle it was damn near empty. They told me I needed to put it at a 1/4 tank or I would be charged $53 . Then the clerk got really mouthy. Total disrespect. I would never go back. And would Not recommended to anyone. ......
travis tVery helpful on yhe phone in extending our rental. Drop off was during off hours. Parking area was a little tight. Good experience though.

Carlos EI won’t use U-Haul anymore. It’s overpriced for what you’re getting and the milage was definitely not correct. It said I drove 30 miles yet my whole move was less than 20 miles all together since I only moved down the road. Then the return process after hours was a disaster on the app.

kathryn wShowed up at 10am appt for truck. Couldn’t find anyone. Waited 15-20 minutes, finally tracked him down inside the back of one of the trucks with headphones on looking at his phone. Tells me to hold on and had to go back in and complete the 5-8 minute process. Next time they should be inside when they know an appointment is in coming.

JAMES SI wanted to compliment Uhaul and especially Crystal for great service! Also, I thought I would let you know if you are interested, there seemed to be a water leak into the cargo space from somewhere in the middle of the roof. It got some our boxes and furniture wet, but nothing was damaged. I'm just letting you know for your reference.
john fB&R should be at the top of U-Haul’s list in my opinion. They always have inventory and the guy that runs the place is awesome. This was one of the nicest trailers I’ve rented and even had the barn-style back doors as opposed to the roll-up. Will absolutely be renting again because of this experience.

billy lI did not go to the facility as the towing company went to pick it up. The towing company was absolutely wonderful. Set me straight in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Drop off was very easy. It was done after closing using the dropbox.

Sean BB&R Tire is the ONLY location I will rent equipment from. Staff is friendly and helpful and the parking lot is very easy to locate and get it and out of.
Sean BThis was the second location...the first one refused to take trailer. She claimed she didn't have room....when she hed 3open spots. She was rude and lazy. B&r tore place are great.
Juanita hThe keys weren't in the lock box and I had to call to get my reservation changed wasting hours of my moving time. Which was critical to have done in the timeframe set and was a huge burden on my family getting what they needed.
