This location was great. My issue with my rental was that this was my second location for the day. The first location did not have the keys in the pickup box. Then my seconded issue is that U-Haul dimensions for the trucks is not accurate. So the item I needed to move could not fit. I returned the truck within an hour and contacted U-Haul. Check with your location on the dimensions if you are close. What is online was off by several inches.

Chris MThis review has nothing to do with B&N Auto. My negative review is towards u-haul. They changed my location pick-up which was 2 miles from my home to 11 miles from my home which cost me to pay more because of the extra miles I drove towards gas and mileage. Also to top it off I did not receive any notification from u-haul about the change and went into the facility where my reservation was for only to be told the day of what had happened. Poor customer service and I would not recommend u-haul and hope I never have to use them again!

George MAdvise customer of CDW Charge, Rental Fee (in addition to Rental Rate), and NJ Domestic Security Fee. The cab of the pick-up was clean there was beach sand in the bed. While my problem is not with the Location; it is with U-Haul. I should mention I had the truck for 2 hours and drove it 9 miles.

The problem was, my reservation didn’t switch to box pickup. It took multiple phone calls (including one with the person hanging up on me) to fix it by rescheduling with a new pickup time selecting box pickup

I took the truck from and returned it to the same location however I got charged almost $500 for a one way drop off and NO ONE knew or was able to correct it. I had to use the chat and they told me a dispute would be entered. I wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to get my money back from your overcharge. Not very happy with Uhaul service. Pick up site was great however.

THOMAS HMy location changed at the last minute and caused me to lose 3 hours in my plans to execute my move. I picked up the truck and there were no furniture pads or dollies that I had ordered. The person handling the move was very personable and had me processed quickly.
