Mobile app painfully poor performance, not user friendly. Could not get required info from app. Personnel at location did their best to help put us in touch of someone to provide info.
Raymond MWorst experience I’ve ever had renting a truck. The rep on the phone failed to tell me I needed to download the app Anna get a code. Receipt that was text to me didn’t contain the code. Location is a convenient store. Cashier knew nothing other than refer me to a printed paper stating hey the code from the app. Manager accused me of doing it wrong when all I did was call and pay. Took forever and manager kept the lock, failed to tell me cashier that took over when I returned. Had to call Sharon because the cashier did not want to take the key and manager had left. Terrible across the board
