This location was great!! The central reservation system messed up my reservation and this location went above and beyond to get the correct dept on the phone and the issues resolved. Very courteous people! Big lot to get trucks towing in and out.

mike wVehicle was not cranked to read fuel gauge . They charged $35 for fuel . We stayed on the phone while truck was cranked. Fuel gage read correctly then which they agreed. Just waiting on my 35$ credit back to my credit card. They had an excellent attitude about the situation.

Noel MClose the pawn shop Lyons GA shop all together It cost me 5 hours !!! I am still amazed Uhaul is in business I even called the uhaul customer service but never could get anyone to answer So I went 1 hour round trip out of my way Then another 30 minutes-45 minutes waiting on the pawnshop Wow 😳 B&k was the only professional player in the whole day!

Ashlee HI used the equipment for less than 2hrs but was charged for a full day. So if there is a way to rent by the hour for a prorated amount verses for a whole day would be great.

Kareem WRequested a utility dolly, but one was not available at this location. Our invoice shows we paid for it, so when we returned truck at another location they would not believe that we did not receive one. We had to call the location we rented from and get them to explain.
