Todd FBalsam lake was good for picking up. I was originally scheduled for Americ Inn in St Croix falls.. they are a disaster…. Have no idea what they are doing, trailers are in bad shape, they will Not help you to hook up your trailer. They should not be allowed to represent your company…
Tracy DMore training. An additional 90 miles was added to my account instead of 25 miles. When I dropped the truck off they would not correct the error. A manager was supposed to contact me. That never happened.

Michael SThe only thing I was not happy with was someone was able to go into my reservation and change my drop-off location workout my knowledge. They changed my drop-off location to 45 minutes further from my destination, versus my chosen drop-off being only 15 minutes away. Thankfully the staff were able to help clear up the issue, but a reservation should not be allowed to be changed by random people who have back end access.

Pat HThe location was 1.5 hours away from me. There’s literally 14 locations closer to me, on the way there. So I pick it up anyway. Then I ask them about returning to literally ANY OTHER LOCATION closer to me and apparently it would cost a lot more money for some reason. Absolute BS. Have a freakin courtier service or something for extreme cases like this. So 1.5 hours there, 1.5 hours back home, go to move the vehicle and find out a strap is broken off. It was covered in snow and not visible until loading the vehicle. Have to jimmy-rig my own front straps to go over the wheel. Move the vehicle. Then another 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back. The associate said there was no other option to return it elsewhere even though I have 3 locations within 20 mins of my house!! I don’t feel like he even tried to advocate for me. Made no comment about “that’s rough, let me see what options there are.” Burning diesel, burning time, very displeased. Very inefficient system. Very let down. Posting this same thing on google for that location. My go-to location in town would have at least given an effort and tried to help me out in that situation.
DUSTIN DIt was fine - it snowed and employee was helpful in clearing out the icey windshield. Wipers did not work well
Vedran UThe tires on the car dolly were so out of balance that the dolly bounced when being towed empty and sent vibrations into the tow vehicle when loaded.
Duane FI was told trailer was just serviced a few days ago. All tires were 20 lbs low. Drivers side rear I had to fill three times during my use. Cost me a lot of time.
Stanley JThough they were very good, the location was 41 miles away from my home and the roads were poor to get there. This was apparently the only place that had a trailer that was even close to the size I reserved. At that, it was larger than I wanted or needed.
Daniel NTrailer lights were spotty and frequently not working. Tested car connection after rental on a private trailer and the car wasn't the issue. Service provided was otherwise excellent.

Melanie RI was told that the U-Haul I had ordered September 13th wouldn’t be available on that. Day! I talked to them later that morning and then they said they would have one that day! That’ was September 23rd that they called me! I was really upset about being told that! I was to get the U-Haul and I thought I said I would have it for that day and didn’t have to return it until Sunday! I did fill the gas tank up to what we we’re supposed too. We brought it back to Baldwin and was charged $50.96! We were told we put more miles on it than we were supposed to! I didn't know that we did! I didn't understand that! I wasn't aware of what I did wrong! I spent a lot of money on getting people to help us load and unload! I didn't expect to be charged more.
Cheryl ZLeft rear tire worn down to wires by time we got to Alabama.Needed to get replaced. Should not of wore out that fast,maybe axle was bent? Seem to use extra about of gas.Only got 8 miles to gallon. Last trip I made I got 14 miles to gallon.??

Joseph DThe drop off location had no notice I was arriving. I felt I was bothering the worker. The next day someone from UHAUL called me to ask if I had dropped the trailer off as they had no record that I had returned the day before. Confusing. One more thing to note: The straps on the car carrier were cut too short and by the time I loaded up the trailer and discovered this dilemma the rental location was closed. I was forced to let all the air out of the tires so that the straps would grab and wrap on the ratchet. I felt that it was "fairly safe" but would have felt better and more secure if these worn out straps were replaced. Thank you, Greg Kolbjornsen 612-720-6311
Greg KI was not told about the pre-departure text I was to receive and reply to about the initial condition of the trailer before leaving this location. By the time I discovered the text the time had expired on replying to it. I could not submit a photo of the initial condition of the trailer, which did have a minor ding on a wheel fender compared to the photo of the trailer depicted online. No one hassled me about it at the drop off point so I guess it was acceptable as was.
