I dropped off after hours, so cannot comment on the people or the inside of the building. However, the dropoff app did not work, so I finally just dropped the keys and left. I called the store in the morning to confirm everything. Not very easy.David T.

The appearance of this location is very dirty and run-down. The parking lot is broken, narrow, and difficult to drive on. Upon returning the truck, the owner said that I needed to go put more gas in the truck, otherwise he would be charged for it, and he didn't want to pay for it. I was not aware until reading the contract later that I could pay the convenience fee; he didn't offer this as an option and insisted that I take the truck back out for gas. So, I spent another 25 minutes getting gas (since the location is nowhere near a station), which made me late to an appointment I had later. I was totally unsatisfied with this location and would not want my business represented by them.Brad B.

Have a U Haul rental sign outside? I dropped off after hours. I called # on paperwork and it was a main # not the location. So I never talked to anyone. Location was a total craphole, didn't bother me though.Mike W.

Not sure if the truck had a check up, there was quite a bit of play in the steering, difficult to keep the truck straight, kept weaving side to side.Michelle M.
Rented online and website put down 2 different pickup locations and neither was my first choice and I was never called to confirm. I had to call and I was coming from Joliet, IL. Not very customer friendly.Gary G.

Indicate on all contracts what location rental items are to be returned. (I had a separate contract for appliance dolly, & I returned the dolly with the truck. It was not checked in at the return location & assumed by uhaul that it had not been returned.)BLYTH C.

The cab was dirty on floor and cup holders. My original rental request at a different location could not be met. U-Haul should let me know sooner if I need to change the pick up location due to availability.James R.

Not originally supposed to pick trailer up at Ballwin Sinclair. The original pickup location was supposed to be at the UHaul facility on 5th Street in Eureka. No explanation was provided by U haul for the switch. I would like to know why.ROBERT A.

The location was a mess. It was also an auto repair shop. The office was in back when I entered the room was filled with smoke despite the no smoking sign in the office. A person was on the phone smoking and talking. When he finished the call he did not greet me right away. He finished what he was doing and then said...oh yeah, your probably the guy returning a trailer. I said yes sir. He replied he had no room for it and had too much going on but he would see what he could do. He and a staff member moved the wrecker and a couple cars and made room for the trailer. Overall not a terrible experience but I do not believe his uhaul dealership will be around long.RANDY C.

I think I was shorted one of my rental pads and the drop off place charged me for it, but your regional office gave me a credit. There suppose to be 6 pads each in each bag. I think I was shorted one but I never counted the pads. I should have rented more. I have another one reserved August 10th for pickup in Terre Haute, IN. I pulled the trailer 500 miles and it worked fine. No problems at all. I don't like waiting till 24 hours for full confirmation of the rental. I wanted to originally pick it up in Brazil IN. It got set up for Greencastle which was out of the way.JAMES R.
