Store keeper was very friendly and professional. Charges were laid out upfront so there were no extra charges. Had a bad experience with a previous rental at a different location but this one was excellent.

I had a great uhaul experience except the fact that I was not even 2 hrs late dropping it off and got charged for a whole day. So my next move will be with a different company because that is not fair. I wasn't 24 hours late I was less than 2.

Pick up location rep had poor English and could not communicate well Made error in booking which caused us to contact uhaul and had a stressful moving day because return time was changed. Customer service at uhaul did not explain costs at the time of original booking as well as the length of time we were able to rent truck. Overall very frustrating dealing with uhaul!

i was quoted online $120 and then charged $180. you should make sure your online system is the same as your billing system.

Dumpy convenience store that is gated up closed most of the time. Self check in and check out is tedious and uncertain. Required two phone calls with conflicting advice from two different UHaul reps to complete the check out. Next time I will only use a location that has a live person there

The truck was clean and ran well. I found the "econo-fuel" gauge to be a misleading annoyance, Also having to turn off the "tow-free" button every time I started the truck. And since truck was used in Canada, the numbers for Canadian speedometer need to be more visible. The office was a mess. I understand it is part of a local food mart and not dedicated a U-Haul office, but what a messy place. Definitely a place of last resort for future rentals.

Just a couple of bugs / freezes with the phone app during the pickup morning but I reached phone assistance immediately and that was at 6:45 am. The phone support was fantastic. Very please with the transaction...thanks Uhaul!!

The van they gave me first was filthy and smelled like a barn. The next one was still not clean but I took it as I was desperate.

Have people rent out your vans who speak english and a pleasure to deal with. The lady owner was very rude and even hung up after telling do not call her again. I would never rent from her again.

The clerk was very soft-spoken and we had trouble hearing what she was saying most of the time. Also the paperwork given me was in someone else's name.

After receiving a very dusty and dirty van to begin with, we were insulted when asked to sweep out the van upon return. It was filthy when given to us and we were expected to clean up other people’s mess.
