Ms Rose appeared to be a very nice person. After it was all said and done she manipulated the sale and cheated me out of money. She made it seemed as if she was giving me a credit when clearly she said she would take off 25 miles and assured me join my return she would credited my account for one day service. I was charged $234.12 but my receipt reflects $213.46. Due credit $21.00. She told me to contact UHAUL stating it's taxes. This is a total rip off and very deceitful service. I will definitely use Home Depot as I have before. The service is honest and up front. I didn't go by the reviews I saw fir UHAUL but I promise you, they really are a scam for the least amount. I wouldn't care if it was $2.00 if it is what I am due I expect it back!Shalonda S.

Having the reservation right and getting the needed truck. I made a reservation for 9am Saturday July 31. Leading up to my reservation Rose was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. She even called me and gave me a suggestion to change my reservation from a one-way to an in-town to save me some money, which was great. However, when I showed up at 9am to pick up my truck, she initially thought my reservation was at 10:15, which it wasn't. I had the confirmation email. She then realized that they didn't have the truck available (a 20 ft truck). She did a little digging and comes to find out that the person that had previously rented the truck decided to keep it for another day. How is this even allowed to happen? People shouldn't be able to decide off the cuff to keep a truck when it will throw off another person's reservation. So something is off there. So after she realized that, she proceeded to help a customer that came in after me and get them set up in their truck, and asked me to wait so she could figure something out for me. So I continued to wait. Meanwhile another customer that had since come in wanted to purchase some supplies, but ended up leaving out of frustration because of the wait. So eventually once she got these other people squared away, she got back to me and tried to figure out something as she called around everywhere with no luck. Meanwhile I have like 12 people waiting at my house to start the move. So I propose that she just rent me a 10ft truck that's parked out there and I'll just make multiple trips, which would be a big inconvenience, but I was just so ready to get going and she didn't seem to have any other solutions. Turns out that one was reserved for another guy that was waiting in there. I didn't want to take his rental either, but she figured a way that she could make another reservation for him for the same truck at another location. So I was able to get that truck and a trailer to go on the back of it. So finally we got that worked out. So I ended up leaving over an hour and a half after I showed up to pick up my truck and without the truck I had reserved. I was very disappointed by the breakdown in the system, not having the truck I needed, and having an extremely long wait which delayed the move. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied. Rose was very friendly and apologetic, and I don't know where or how the breakdown happened, but it was a fiasco. I am going to have to rent another truck in a month or two to move my stuff back out of storage, but I am going to think twice before using Uhaul.Michael B.
