The only problem I have is when it’s time to return uhaul my stuff disappear and I can’t find it so I don’t know if I’m being charged properly I can be over charged and don’t know it because I can’t find my account!!

Ishmael SteibThe UHAUL was full of animal fur which made us a bit under the weather (allergies). It was everywhere! 🤮 I guess UHAUL should distinguish “pet friendly” vehicles & those that aren’t for ppl who have allergies. Someone had service performed on the vehicle, but didn’t clean it so it made it appeared I needed service as well. I got a flat but it was remedied. I don’t think I picked it up that way because I had to go back to get the auto transport installed. The straps weren’t placed on my tires correctly. Same thing when I towed my vehicle here. Thankfully I did require service & mechanic Jon was so awesome he checked EVERYTHING before I got on the road. Also have me recommendations about how to open the latch completely to the left so I don’t jam the door & require sddiontal roadside servicing. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Terri & Donnie. They felt like family. I’ll also be ordering some signs from them because they ship! Great ppl with excellent customer service. Nicest ppl I’ve rented from & I’ve rent a ton of these things within the past year. Extremely professional & excellent customer service.

tonya dixonThe folks at the location were great! My issue is with U-haul scheduling. They sent me 22 miles from my home to pick up a truck at .89 cents per mile. I paid more picking up and dropping off than I did for moving 2 miles from my home.

thelma brownThe traffic in that area makes it very difficult to get out with the truck. It's next to a gas station truck stop and right before the old bridge in Baton Rouge, where truckers fly over and hang out by the casino rest stops etc. That is not Uhauls fault or the Banner Signs fault, just the location is very risky.

Walter RodyMy original order was scheduled for 9:00 am and it went horribly crazy. I was several hours behind by time I got to Baker Sign and Banner. They bailed your company uhaul out. Up to that point, I had a horrible experience. I will like look at Ryder possibly if I this again.

BOBBY DAVIDI rented a 26’ truck and had to return it due to mechanical issues. All that was available was a 15’ to replace it. I asked for a price change/refund and was told it was the same price no matter what size truck it was based on mileage. I had to pay over $1000.00 for a 15’ truck. I will be contacting uhaul corporate to correct this.

Selwyn MillicanI scheduled my pickup in a different location that was closer to where I was staying. My picked location was changed the day before from uhaul. I did not appreciate that since I could pick my location. Last minute change not accommodating.
