The dolly I reserved was not in the truck so I had to make a last minute purchase for my own. I would recommend if any equipment couldn’t be available to notify the customer before pick up so they’re prepared.

Dianna SWe needed a van fast, like emergency needed it fast. My rental online went smoothly and my friend had no issues picking up the van or anything like that. We ran over our time a bit and they were understanding. I was worried we would have penalties but it turned out to just be an extra rental day so I was happy about that :)

BLANCHE LIt was pretty simple. The store had already closed, but I had the dropbox and just pulled in and put my key in the box. Very easy access and very convenient for what I needed.

ANGELA Mbreak squeal engine light constantly on. provider was awesome. U-Haul not so much my card was charged 157.03 after I signed was supposed to be 136.55. the original charge dropped off my account and the contract cost posted this happened many many times when I rented in South Carolina to evacuate for hurricane. I'm tired of being overcharged and I'm considered crazy or it's blamed on my bank or the credit card company I've had it I will not deal with you however again I would rather kill myself then use U-Haul for anything

JOSHUA HNO LIGHTS ON TRAILER 75% OF THE TIME, HAD HARD TIME OPENING AND SHUTTING DOOR. EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !
JACOB SI made a reservation and called to confirm that the trailer was there, available and in good condition. I spent 4 and half hours waiting for the trailer to get there. When it got there the strap was torn. I had to use my own strap to properly secure my vehicle to the trailer.

NATHAN SThe staff and location was clean, and friendly. The truck however I got was junk. Steering was loose and truck vibrated all over road, and the radio didn’t work at all looked like someone had tried to steal it. I know the bigger trucks use a lot of gas but this one needed a tuneup, it drank it. Please take this truck off the road. $150 in fuel seams a bit excessive for 200mile round trip.

christopher hSo the wheel bearing went out and the tire came off so I called talked to a lady all was good then I got a call from another lady and she wanted to let me know it was a accident like it was my fault you guys don't maintain your equipment it's not basden Brothers fault it's u-haul I am going to call the insurance and if u-haul claimed this as a accident I am going to call the fraud hot line and I am telling the insurance what really happened
