Unit was not swept out. Blankets smell of cows and are apparently stored on a barn.
KEVIN SI was unable to get a cell phone signal to use the app or call for assistance. There appeared to be no one on sight. We were greeted by 5 cute kittens and 2 large friendly dogs, but no human. The truck was there with keys ready in the ignition. The boxes and blankets I'd booked were not in the truck. We ended up taking the truck and leaving a text message attached to my order. I was concerned. A UHaul representative called in the afternoon and was very helpful. We got payment and driver's license info shared away. As it turns out a dolly that I had not requested and told the representative that was not on the truck, actually had been on the truck and was set aside. I didn't see it until we were closing up the truck. We didn't use it because we didn't need it. Since it was on the truck, I am willing to pay for it. Charge it to my bill if you th it would be fair.
Lori BThe proprietor was very helpful. I was not aware the location was off an unpaved road. The side markers on the trailer did not work, which I think is an internal wiring issue. Unfortunately, the proprietor was unable to help and the person I called in Marshfield was not interested in helping.
John KGuy was great. Better than Guy in Marshfield. Returned the trailer after done and noticed the horses, which I love and noticed that one's lead road came undone so happily went over and retied it such beautiful horses.

william gI tried to go through the uhaul in Marshfield but it didn't work for me so I went to Chili uhaul in Wisconsin and not only were they helpful, they actually worked on my hitch to guarantee that I would have a safe trip to my destination. The gentleman that worked on my hitch was Kevin and I wouldn't have been able to pull the uhaul trailer safely if it wasn't for his help

Lisa GThis was not the locations fault. It was uhaul I was moved around 6 times before I even got the trailer. This location had no idea I was even coming until I was half way there.

James FNo offense to the young girls efforts, but she did not know how to "check me in". The facility is literally someone's farm and it was very dusty. I asked if the vehicle had been cleaned and disinfected. They advised yes, but when I wiped it down myself, the wipes were filthy dirty. I did not feel comfortable at this site.
Julie NHave an adult there and not have a minor child do it. Was also not pleased to have pickup location changed from original place.
Brian MPlace was shit hole. Son-n-law chased by a big ass muddy farm dog. Farm animals everywhere. Smelled like shit. Was muddy and in the middle of nowhere. I was told to drop equipment there when there were much closer facilities near by.

Zachary HThis survey is incomplete. My experience with uhaul service, which has nothing to do with either location, nor the equipment, was extremely lacking. When I tried renting, the computer told that there was no equipment within a 15 mile radius, but there were 5 other trucks at the location where a person called and sent me. Then the computer wouldn't let me drop off at the location I selected and made me choose another. But then a person called and manually changed locations because there was no room at the one the computer picked.
