If you're gonna test try to our lights test them on multiple trailers before you send somebody off thanking that the other trailer lights aren't working I've got videos of the torn up wire harness even though they swapped out two of the ones going from the trailer to the truck But nobody ever looked at the one on the trailer itself so I went back after hours after I went do the test on Mac trailer rights and AutoZone wasting money again buying a tester 20 something dollars and said everything was fine so I went back and looked at the trailer itself and found a problem Please call me at 601-754-0298Steven R.

Truck was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Truck had been smoked in by previous renter. When I dropped it off using the U-Haul app and reported the truck needed to be cleaned, I got hit with a $25 cleaning fee. I do not understand why I have to pay for someone else's dirtiness. The truck was very noisy. My ears rang for hours after we returned the truck. The steering was very loose and very hard to control the speed of travel.Michael R.

The vehicle had no garbage in it but it stunk so bad inside we had to clean everything and hang an air freshener. It took days for the smell to dissipate. The vehicle had not been washed from previous usage.Katrina E.

Love the person running the location but the lock up added an extra 30 miles to my trip and the drop also also added and ever 20/30 miles to my trip which caused me to go over my millage and being chargedMATTHEW B.

Well since this is the location claiming they had to clean the truck and that it was returned late, and therefore are the ones charging me an extra hundred dollars....I wouldn't recommend business with these people and would say they are thieves.JAMES M.

Your franchisees need to be more professional. The first place I went to drop off the trailer, Brookhaven Mini Storage, told me 2 things: 1) they would be open at 8:00am on Monday, Sept. 30th. (When I arrived, there was a sign in the door saying they would open at 2:30pm.), and 2) the person behind the counter told my that there was no refund of the prepaid extra days just because I brought the trailer back early. The would not issue the refund of the extra days.cal H.

The office was closed when I drove up between 2 and 3 in the afternoon; had to call 4 numbers before someone finally answered; no one was there to unhitch the tow from the truck and I left exactly the amount of gas in truck that was in it when I picked it up but this location wanted to charge me extra gas?
