Leonard BenedettoThe white woman at the counter was very rude. She threatened to charge me $75 for inappropriate parking and i parked infront of the building next to the uhaul vans. She also said they were not allowed to drive the trucks but her coworker moved the truck in front of me. She was very lazy, she never left he seat and when i showed up at 2pm she had the front door locked. I knocked for 10 minutes and she kept working on her computer and made me wait outside. The sign said they were out on property but she was sitting at the desk and I could see her. Her coworker (a gentleman) came out and pointed at the door signaling there were customers at the door. Thats when she decided to open the door. I would never return to this location because of the bad customer service and the treatment i received made me feel it was because of my race. This racism bothers me the most aside from the laziness exhibited. The gentleman on the other hand was very nice.
Jaime CastroGreat location and in and out fast. A little disappointing that if you book a reservation online and they do not have the trailer that you need, you no longer get to upgrade to the next size up for the same price. Will now start to shop around now vs just going with uhaul every time.

Steve CookNormally, I’m very excited to go to the U-Haul in Forney because of great customer service until I was almost turned away for not having a Forney address my understanding from dealing with U-Haul for the past years I’ve never encountered a situation, such as such as this U-Haul has been known for the brand That you can pick up and drop off anywhere that is some U-Haul service matter fact, the U-Haul that I rented was from Missouri I feel that customers shouldn’t be put in a certain standard because of other bad actors. Also feel that when you rent from a U-Haul location that won’t throw trucks back They should let it be known to all renters before the vehicle is taken off the lot. Also, this time renting from this certain location in Forney the truck was absolutely dirty inside and out. It had sticky stuff on the doors. The floors had tobacco droppings all over it. Normally I would have gave this location a great review because I believe the manager of this in particular lady that I always service me is a great customer service representative. I wish I knew her name, I would’ve said it but she knows who I’m talking about and I thank her a lot for acknowledging that I was a loyal customer to that location even not living in Forney. I have a disabled son that’s paralyzed from the waist down and I have to rent trucks from this location because he lives in the area, Lennox loop, hollow.

Maricela AlcantarThe app process was horrible it would tell me that my reservation could not be found spent an hour trying to get somebody on the phone and finally did. It was corrected then as I went through the process it said a truck had not been assigned to me had to get back on the phone to request someone and had to wait again and finally got someone to help me. Then on my way there I thought I'd check it and got another error trying to retrieve the truck took about an hour for someone to call me on the emergency line then the chat finally gave me a 24/7 customer service number which should have been available on an email instead of trying to have to use chat. After an 11:00 a.m. pick up I finally picked it up at 1:30 it was a horrible experience and a waste of my time. And in order to pick up at 1:30. Then returning we had an issue called customer service they told me not to use the app and to just go directly online because we had another issue returning it and they had to help us get it returned.

jeff boekGot there this morning a little after eight and could not figure out where the vehicle was. Not where the app told me it was. So I finally called BTA storage and they told me it was in the parking lot next-door so I went to the parking lot and found it. Started to check in my vehicle and the app cut out in the middle of it. So therefore, it never gave me the code to get into the back of it. Called and Bility was talking and was trying to figure it out and then hung up. So I called back. That lady was extremely rude. Talk to me like I was stupid and told me the online check-in process had already finished well lo and behold I didn't have the damn code so I could not get into the vehicle. finally got into the vehicle so now an hour late into moving then I get a text at 11:45 AM. Tell me it's time to complete my online chicken well hell I've already done that and been driving. So then I go to return it. Get to the storage place and there is a sign on the gate that says call 1-800 U-Haul for gate code so I called one 800 U-Haul for the gate code for the First Lady could not figure it out didn't know what to do gave me a code didn't work, so told me I needed to call the general manager of the store and try and get a hold of him so he can get me in and then magically right before the number the phone hung up again. And through all this the app closes again and now says return final completed. Well it's not completed because I'm currently waiting outside of the gate and wasn't allowed to take any pictures. So I called back. Megan answer the phone. Megan proceeded to tell me that my turning was complete and I had already done everything I needed to, I did not though because I would like to have written a nice review of all the horrible shit I've gone through for the day and I wanted to take pictures of how clean I left it. So now Megan is trying to help me and she has tried everything from giving me the code to calling three or four of her people who I'll tell her the same code and she has called the manager herself at the property multiple times, and he did not answer, so now I have to take off work tomorrow and bring it back so now I had to call into work and lose an entire works pay. I am not happy at all. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had my only saving grace was Megan, who is actually nice to me at the end of the day, unlike any other employee. Oh, and by the way, if you want to send a text and tell someone to do a review and if my call was answered and I was helped properly leave the right person's name because that's kind of messed up that Weslyn and Omar get a bad review when it was not Westland and or Omar. So ended up calling and filing a complaint, I was told that I would get a call back within a couple of business days. I never heard anything horrible business.

Let's be honest, when you are needing a truck/trailer, it's not exactly a stress-free thing you are doing, do reducing that stress at the pickup time was huge for me.
