There seemed to be a feeling of mistrust from the employees. One person stood at the back of the facility and stared at us the whole time we were. They spoke very broken English and were difficult to understand. They did not thank us for doing business with them and we felt that they really didn't care whether we did business with them or not.

Train your people better at the pick-up locations. Save your customers time doing the preregistration on line. Your pick up location don't know/won't use it. This is the second time I have taken the time to complete it on line, only to do it all over at the pick-up location. The trailer that I picked up ( only one in the size I wanted) was returned the night before, and the clerk had no idea how to check it in so I could take it. When you are on a short time window any hiccups are frustrating.

The person at the counter wasn't interested going out to look at the trailer or giving me a receipt. Told me to leave it beside the others and wrote down the trailer number.

reservations had trouble getting location and type. Got resolved after several minutes of discussion. Second time having trouble getting what we had rented. Not sure if I would use you next time.

Unlike where I picked the Dali of the at this place did not help at all. Never check the trailer out when I was there.

Drop off at a dairyqueen gas station. Guy was not very pleasant and did not offer to assist unhook the trailer.

Understaffed, so took a while to check in and then there was confusion regarding my invoice; ended up with 2 people from the Dairy Queen helping the check out clerk get things settled.

Employee could not understand English, was not able to assist me in getting a ball for my hitch so had to make an trip to a store to make the purchase. Upon my return, I waited nearly 30 minutes behind others customers to sign my paperwork that took about 5 seconds. Will never return to this location.
