The physical location was filthy and dangerous. I had to sit in the truck for 20 minutes while a riot took place blocking the key return slot. People were bleeding and cars were being used to block the exits. This was Shameful. The truck was filthy. Trash, cig butts. And stains all over the seats. This operators franchise should be pulled. And shame on you for putting people in danger. This location is a sewer.

This Redan location was very unprofessional and very rude. I made an reservation for a U-Haul. For 12am. I was able to get keys. But the location supervisor had a pad lock on the truck. We were unable to use the truck. I called customer service several time to get the problem solve and they were unable to get in touch with the store supervisor. I paid my money as a loyal customer and we was treated with some much disrespect from this location. This location customer service is poor. And Needs help with how to treat a customer. It was inconvenient for me and my family that we couldn’t get the truck for the time we reserve it and after we paid our money. So not only was I not able to get my truck. I also add and Dollie to my contract and this location didn’t have the equipment I need to move.After I’ve paid for it.

Over priced

Requested location close to my office...had to travel over 40 minutes to pick up truck. Added over an hour and a half to my trip. Need better communication on fact that pickup location is dependent of inventory. Email I recieved had that information in fine print. From now on will only rent by calling location not using online or 1-800 number.
