There wasn't much assistance. I think I perfer an actual uhual site where as a woman I don't have to get the uhual set up do the moving and then do the return.Tara S.
I chose the on-line check in. When I went into the office to retrieve my key, they took my ID, verified my credit card and my license. All and all, it took another 30 minutes. Then I had to return to the truck and complete the online check in. What is the point in the on-line check in? Aside from this, the person who checked me in was very nice. I will return to this location in the future and I would recommend it.Mayer S.

Gas was 1/2 filled, but they had marked as 5/8. I showed the dealer and she marked as 1/2 tank with her signature and told it would be fine for me to return half tank. When I returned half tank, first she suggested she will send me the bill in text. I told her i would like to see the final Bill there only. Surprisingly she charged me for the fuel price up to 5/8 of a tank because her system show that. She refused to help, although she knew it was half tank only during checkout. I asked to speak to her manager, but she told her manager does not understand English. I feel really cheated and called Uhaul customer service. Uhaul customer service and have her talked to them. Finally that bogus additional fuel charges was dropped. I wasted my 1 and half hour to make a wrong right. I will not recommend this place, seems this place has no ethics.Kishor B.

Truck was semi clean. It had soil-muddy marks all over the floor. I will say may be t was broom ed but could have been washed.It took me a very long time to pick up this truck. system was very slow and wifi was very week. Horrible horrible horrible experience. From the moment I arrived to pick up the truck. They wanted to verify 2 contacts of mine WHILE I WAS PICKING UP TRUCK, they could8did that the day before (ppl are busy and at work, no , they may not answer at that very moment) I was hung up on by the dispatcher after waiting 30 min. The return location wouldn't allow me to share my location so I had to call in again. Just a horrible horrible experience. Horrible customer service, horrible process, horrible in its entirety.Sharica W.

I kept trying to explain to them that I did mobile app check in and I just needed the keys. They made me do the reservation all over again including drivers license credit card emergency contact information and another contract details. So why did I waste 20 minutes maneuvering the mobile app if I was going to do it all over again in store?ALIAKBAR E.

Truck smelled and was older. Location was in disrepair as there was a huge hole (marked â€œdangerâ€), which couldn't be seen until I had run over it with my personal car. Despite doing all required advance paperwork and checking-in online, it still took a significant time for personnel at BP station to provide keys to the vehicle.Richard R.
I reserved teh truck online including uploading my driver's license, but the woman at the site spent about 40 minutes re-doing the reservation, copying my license, etc. The cab of the truck had a bunch of candy wrappers and sunflower seed hulls in it. I cleaned up most of them, but I still got charged $25 for a cleaning fee when I dropped the truck off. The pick-up location is convenient, less than a mile from my house, but I think I will use another location in the future. Finally, I reserved help for loading the truck (J&H Movers) through Movinghelp, but they never showed up.JAMES H.

The vehicle was in a bad condition. The vehicle was swaying and wheels were not aligned at all. It seemed like the steering was broken. It was not very clean but since we booked and picked up at last minute, that is okay. But vehicle is not drivable in a safe manner, it is not in that condition.Kinjal J.
The guy working the counter was awful. We had to do the work for him on the computer, he wasn't wearing his mask and breathing all in my husbands face, barely spoke English & it took him 30 minutes to register us when we already pre-registered online. It was awful.Jovan J.

I went to the wrong site in Silver Spring called your number, talked to someone who was trying to help left me on hold never came back! I found the location the guy number for the gas station was full could not leave any message! The young guy inside could not access the Uhaul ! I recalled and spoke to someone! Very challenging experienceDebra W.
