Make the checkin process better. I was not given the lockbox code to get the key until I used the chat and indicated a couple times that the inside counter was NOT a uhaul site with the keys. Finally the code came and all was fine. 30 delay in my getting started with the truck.Jeff H.

BP quick mart is very poor place for a Uhaul location on the consumer side. Congested, untrained staff that barely speaks english. check in took way to long..ANTHONY R.

I did not rent the vehicle. BP gas station person wasn't helpful. I couldn't cancel. I'm sure your records indicate the vehicle didn't move. A refund of the $70 would be nice and appropriate. Gracias.Jason G.
Have the person inside gas station , knowledgeable about how to rent equipment or at least know what to do when a customer comes in asking about trailer pick up.Marcel H.
When we got to the location the attendant didn't think he had a key for the uhaul we were assigned to. We used the code for the box, but the key inside was not the key to the correct vehicle. The correct key was not in any box. The attendant said he didn't have it. Come to find out he had it behind the counter, yet we had already called the help number 3 times trying to get through. We ended up being well behind schedule because we couldn't just grab the key and go as it was supposed to be.Andrew F.

Truck was good. People in gas station couldn't or wouldn't communicate. They gave me a number to call. The manager I talked with on the phone was very responsive and sent me to another location to pick up blankets. He also gave me a discount for my inconvenience. But that did not improve the schedule pressure I was under because of about on hour delay. This BP station did not answer the phone number provide when I made the reservation and did not return my call. Find another pickup point, perhaps on Page Avenue.Bruce W.
Our experience picking up the truck will be the reason we will never use Uhaul again. My husband did the online check-in but never received the lockbox code to get the key. The attendants at the BP gas station gave him a number to call which went to a full voicemail inbox so he waited for 30 minutes in a gas station with no help. We had to call the main Uhaul number and at first they said they couldn't help but on a follow up call they somehow had the information.Jackie D.
I personally had an great experience. I received assistance from clerk as I didn't know how to check in online. And then I received assistance from the manager. They were very courteous and assisted me as a senior citizen. Very much patience with me.. Thank you both so much.Vicky M.
