I ordered 12 pads and when I got there they didn't have any. Only scraps lying around. The employee found me 5 in different locations and said that he would see to it that I only would get charged $4. Well that never happened and I was still charged. He also was about to send me away with the wrong dolly (different than what I ordered) which would have also ripped me off.

I pickup van for 4 hours and bring back in 2 hours and drive 41 miles. When I received bill it was additional charge for $10.00 fir cleaning. I drive 41miles in dry weather and bring 1 box what they cleaning inside or outside. And when I full up gasoline it was $14.78 for 41 miles at the same station where it located. So I paid for people before and may be after..But most important why they didn't give bill go me and sent later to email.I used U-Haul many times before but. Never again

Communication was not up to par. They left me confused about my bill. I reached out the night I dropped it off and the service attendant couldn't explain my bill to me because there was none. The next day when I was expecting a call or a text or email or anything. I had to end up calling the number that was used to call me.

The mobile app wasn't working on my phone. After about 2 hours on the phone with a very helpful customer representative, finding out that there's actually no machine to enter a code into and a counter person who knew nothing, someone, owner I think, came in and got the keys out of the locked office. I ended up losing the people that had been waiting to help me unload the truck and had to wait until the next morning and rush to find people to come and help me to get everything done. It was so frustrating.

Booked truck online. Went to pick up truck during listed "office hours" and agent was not there to give me keys. Other employee refused to give me keys because it was not his responsibility. 35 minutes later, agent on 800 uhaul help number convinced the man to give me the keys. Truck was filthy inside the cab and inside the storage compartment. FILTHY. The items we moved absorbed the filth and the items we moved got dirty from the filth inside the truck. Rented 12 blankets, but only 3 in the bag. We were moving a glass cabinet, and i NEEDED the 12 blankets. Returned truck with fuel topped off, but the agent charged me for fuel. Sent a photo of fuel level at pick up and at drop off, showing as full or fuller than pick up. Still awaiting fuel refund that should NOT have been charged. This location should be dropped by Uhaul, as they are giving Uhaul a bad name and I never want to rent Uhaul again after dealing with this location. DO NOT RENT UHAUL FROM BPCLAYMONT ON PHILADELPHIA PIKE.

The vehicle was just not cleaned well, if at all. Dirt and dust all over the floor. There were even cobwebs. The windshield was so filthy I had to clean it immediately when I arrived home. The outside of the vehicle was filthy as well it needed a good run though the carwash. I utilized the cellphone method for the rental which was a little daunting at first. I called the 800 number and a representative was so patient and helpful walked me through the process, step by step. Kudos to him. The truck was mechanically well maintained and had more features than my car. Wonderful! I have always rented from U-Haul and I will continue to do so in the future.

My account has been charged the full amount that we anticipated. I was told that there would be an adjustment based on the time I returned the vehicle. The vehicle was not clean. The pick up location was convenient.

The problem I have is not with the location. I had reservations for yesterday and I was not able to get the equipment. The emails about where to pick up the equipment from was wrong three times.

The truck smelt like wet dog. Dog hair and greasy finger prints were all over the cab of the truck was not cleaned per Covid guidelines! The driver side rear tire the belts in the tire was showing through. If we were not in a pinch we would have never taken the truck!!!

The vehicle I drove for this rental has a massive steering problem. Either poor alignment or loose steering mechanism or both. It requires constant left/right quick alternating corrections to remain straight. I'm happy I only had to drive 50 miles otherwise I would have returned it.

The BP Station is charging me an extra $126.00 and I am not sure why. It said something about cleaning but we did not leave the truck dirty. I am definitely going to follow up on these charges and press charges if they do not refund me my money.

My problem was with the online reservation and check-in system. I arrived early and spent 40 minutes trying to get my van rental approved. The in store agent count not bypass it so that I could get the vehicle. I will not use the APP again. Your online system is broken!

Check in was somewhat troublesome taking almost 30 minutes, as the agent was not on sight at time of pick up. All was handled by cell phone. Agent was in site when vehicle was returned 4 hours later, and completion of contract went much smoother.

May be they can improve on explaining some of the features of UHaul trucks and ask if the customer have any questions. I had a toe light on on the dash board and couldn't switch off or locate a switch just as an example. The guys were good otherwise in handling everything. Thank you!

This place is the pits. As a local business owner, I have utilized the place nearly 10 times. a few weeks ago, I was charged $5 for a cleaning fee. When I inquired, I was told that everyone is charged that right now for the extra cleaning during Covid-19. No one said anything beforehand, nor was there any documentation to support this. Well, this week, the truck they gave me was FILTHY and old! I would like to post the pictures and discuss with UHaul's central office. I will never issue again!

The woman who helped me was friendly and ready once I arrived. The back of the van was swept and clean but the front seats were covered in hair and did not look clean at all. Thankfully I had on gloves and I used some tape in my moving bag & cleaned it up prior to leaving. With the current covid mess - I also brought along some wipes & after I was done it was evident that things may not have been wiped down recently. Perhaps they might want to do this between rentals. The man who completed my rental was also friendly and explained the charges. I wasn't thrilled to see that we had requested mileage based on our estimate but that was not what was included so there was 23 mile overage charge. Other than that I would recommend the location and use them again myself.

I returned the truck in the same condition as I found it. And I took pictures to prove it. The gas was at 1/2 a tank and I returned it at 1/2 a tank. The back of the truck was left as I found it and yet I was charged a cleaning fee. For the next customer they should receive the paperwork. It's easier to document and submit and compare with what the company shows.

I was okay until I was charged TWICE. I rented a van LAST Friday 3/6/20 & was charged close to $60. I than see another charge from the same area for another $51 pending today. My van was clean and filled with gas so IDK what's going on.

I was charged for fuel, cleaning-where as i did not use the truck at all...die change of plan I did not move stuff at all. I was still charged for cleaning fees and the location I rented was a gas station, i put fuel before I returned the van but I was charged for that too.
