The truck was 6000 miles old (so brand new) and the rear driver side brakes were leaking profusely. I had to put TWO GALLONS of brake fluid in the thing just to make it 1400 miles across the US. Thankfully I'm a little more mechanically inclined than the average person and was able to use the engine to slow myself down but it was a down right dangerous, nerve-wrecking experience. Turned me off of uhaul for good.Brandon B.

They add charges to your contract receipt: miles, days, drop off time!! No more 2nd hand U-Haul dealers. I do not recommend the BP# 44737406 at 2211 Tuscarawas st W. Canton Ohio 44708 location. Customer service is awesome Though!Katie N.

Apparently this is a 3rd party owner establishment. I was charged a $7 fee for a dolly which was not supplied. I heard the agent express this to someone on the phone. Was assured it was taken care of but it wasn't.David N.

Odered and was charged for an appliance dolly. I received a utility dilly when I told the clerk at pickup he told me he would make a note. My account was charged the full rate twice. When I asked the clerk at drop off he told me to call the 800 number. This is poor customer service and ridiculous.Kevin F.
