The truck had blankets in the back that smelled like urine so the whole truck smelled like urine. Did not want to use a truck share but was forced to by this place. Was not given the dolly I rented and was then charged $100 for a “missing dolly”.

Manuel NunezI do have a problem because I’m being charged for fuel and when I got the truck it wasn’t at the fuel level that was stated in my contract. There’s no way I used that much fuel for 9 miles. So whoever marked the odometer before me marked it incorrectly.

Hector RodriguezI was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 10 o’clock on N. 4th St. no one was there it was locked called and she said she was should be there in 10 minutes waited a half an hour there callled and spoke to Zack and he called the employee and she told him that she told us she had an emergency not one time did she tell me she had an emergency I was late picking up my stuff that I had planned on getting at 10:30 that morning because I didn’t get out of there till almost 11 o’clock not happy at all I didn’t even get a discount for the inconvenience of waiting
Crystal OlafsenWent to the address and they were closed had to call them then waited over 20 mins to then be directed to another location to pick up uhaul. Following day I had a question about the bill and the representative I spoke to was rude and was told the incorrect information about the 24/7 policy that uhaul is now implementing and was overcharged which I still feel I should’ve have to pay. Will NEVER rent from there again!!

Neal WalshSome type of automotive fluid was leaking out of the front of the U-Haul after it was driven 100 miles. Not sure if that was a chance failure or caused by lack of vehicle maintenance. The mobile check-in service was a bit lengthy and required confirmation from two emergency contacts and employer. The key receptacle contained the incorrect key, but Michelle was most helpful and helped me check in and get the correct key. Michelle was fantastic, but the system was a bit difficult.

Paul YoungThis experience was terrible. My reservation was changed from at 15ft truck to a cargo van which didn’t work from my move. You then sent me too another location and then another location, then too a location a hour from my house. I was then change for mileage there and beck even though it wasn’t my fault you fishy have the truck I had reserved. Horrible! Made a stressful situation even more stressful. Wasted my time and money!

Kyle BallschniederMy rental location was changed to a location I would not have picked. It is not in a great location. There should have been a notice on the app of the correct address where the truck was located. I was not aware I had to pick up my rental before 9 o’clock. I had it rented from 9 to 5 and thought I could pick it up anytime between then. Only to find out that because I did not pick it up at nine I could not get on the app to login. It took a very long time for me to get a representative to help me assist to get a key to get into our truck. Then to return it the same thing happened I returned it four hours earlier than it was needed to be back and I could not get into the app again. I was very unhappy with the whole entire process.
