I’ve rented from U-Haul many times throughout the years. This was by far the worst experience. Don’t rent from this location. The truck was filthy and not in good condition. If I wasn’t on a time crunch, I would’ve gone to a different location.

The morning on the day I was meant to pick it up someone called and said they didn’t have the equipment I needed and gave me the address to a different location. I went to the new location and no one was there and no one answered the phone. I called back to the original location and they found me this location. The people here were very nice and helpful but the entire ordeal was outrageous.

It's nice to find someone so helpful, especially when dealing with unexpected circumstances. She made the situation easy and stress-free. Yay!

william hollandMy original reservation was for the Cobb Parkway location in Smyrna. I reserved it 6 days ahead of time for 9:30a on May 20th. When I showed up at 9:15a I was told my reservation was moved to a new location because they did not have any trucks. I received no prior notification nor did I receive an updated location. After speaking to the representative I was told to go 5 miles up the road to a new location to find my reserved truck only to find that this place was not open. To add insult to unprofessionalism, I was called 25 minutes after I arrived at the new location to be notified that my reservation location has been changed. I was notified of this by the same individual that spoke to me in the store. Honestly, what’s the fucking purpose of making a reservation if it doesn’t reserve you a time or a truck at a specific location. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in uhaul’s in the future. It was fortunate that I had a flexible few hours to get this move completed today but if there is ever a crunch, I’m not sure that I will use uhaul again.
Zachery EndersonPlace advertised theirselves as 24/7 truck share service where you can pick up and drop off whenever you want but the business literally closes at 5 pm, and closed on Sundays, so if you try to return the truck after business hours, you won’t be able to because they closed their gate and you’ll get charged each day. Horrible experience overall.

jack jenkinsNowhere on the website does it say you can't drop off after hours. If it does, then it is hidden behind broken pages on the uhaul website that was not working the entirety of my reservation. Location was small for large uhauls
CAYDEN WEBBCabin was not clean, gas was less than 3/4 full and rep opened location late.
Rodney MasonI had to clean out the back off the truck at the rental location. It was broken glass in the back and other debris. This is in unacceptable and no discount or partial refund was offered for my inconvenience.

Janice CampbellThis location is incredibly difficult to get the 26' truck into. The only way we were able to do so was by backing in to the driveway of the apartment building across the street and them pulling forward into the location's parking lot. It was very stressful and when we called to see if there was someone at the location who could pull it in, or if we could leave it on the street, we were told no and she was the only one in the office at the time.
