Great place to rent your U-Haul. They are extremely friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have. They do not treat you as a one time customer, they treat you as a client. Outstanding customer service!! I highly recommend this U-Haul Dealership!

Without a doubt the best experience I have had with a U-haul dealer. Super friendly and very professional. It was pouring down rain when I went to pick up the trailer and the owner came out to hook up the trailer in the rain. I commented on this to him, and he said that it was his job to do the initial hook-up of the trailer. I have rented from 3 other locations in Virginia and have NEVER had any of the employees come out and hook up my rental. I will always return to this location for any future rentals!!!!

I asked for a dolly, blankets etc. none of it was there. Then I had to call in to explain this twice. Frustrating.

Josh communicated clearly and was willing to meet me there an hour before opening because my movers were coming at 8 a.m. He talked me through everything and was very helpful.

The truck was dirty. The paper stated it had a almost full tank but had less than half of tank. The miles on the paper said 8400 something but the truck actually had about 8700. We drove only 98 miles now I'm being charged extra for gas when I turned it in with what I got it with
