The gentleman told me that we would not be charged for dropping off the U-Haul at a different location. We told him the name of the location and we were still charged $300.

Showed up to drop off trailer and location evidently decide to just close early, nobody there. I found s spot in the middle of a muddy parking lo to drop off the trailer, took pictures, then had to call UHaul customer service to let them know I returned the trailer but business was closed.

nicholas wMake sure the equipment is as promised with gas. Truck was given to us with only 2 miles left till empty. The person for this location didn’t show till 15 minutes after our pick up time to give us the keys. Even though I checked virtual check I had to get the keys from the store.

kenneth AI was charged for 88 miles and my storage is only 3.6 miles from my house and I only took 2 trips. Should not have been more than 27 to 30 miles, also including driving to and from the facility and gas which was in route. He does everything on the phone so there is no paperwork you can see to make sure the numbers are correct and everything is entered before you can step in the truck. I am a single mom and did not expect this! Was extremely careful in planing the trips in the truck.

Sylvester BVery sketchy place. I drove by it at first without realizing it was the drop off spot. It's a run-down shack with bars on the windows and doors. The only reason I found it was there were other trailers parked along the perimeter. No one was present, so I dropped my trailer off using the self-drop app.

Zachary DTruck was on empty. Guy directed me to gas station anout a mile away. Ran out of gas before I could get there. Tried calling his place no answer. Tried calling UHaul no answer.
William WBoth at pick up and drop off there was no one there. We called an attached phone number where a lady answered and was very rude. The attendant that did show up was very nice and genuine but overall the experience was not enjoyable
David MSubstitute pick up location was pretty minimal, although adequate. Insurance charge of $25 was included without my knowledge.
Robin FHe was very unorganized and not there when I dropped off the unit. I did call the number and he told me to drop off the trailer on his grass area which we did. However, he didn't check in the trailer at all and that led to me getting a phone call about why I hadn't dropped off the trailer on time. Very annoying.
