When I returned the truck there were no humans there whatsoever, nobody to sign a rental completion form or any sort of contract paperwork or anything. I can see that U-Haul has changed it's way of operation to the point that there is little reason, employees, or quality of service. I am so disappointed.

Location had no people to help; it was supposed to be open until 6pmthat 8/14/23. I called # on paperwork for drop (509)392-5529. No answer repeatedly. Then person answered and said to use App which would not work for location or picture upload. Rude person said to call another location to return #(509)946-5116 who said they do not take UHaul returns and gave me 1800gouhaul # to call at 4:38pm 8/14/23 where Ayaan told me to take pictures of everything so I could submit to person who reviews the unit if necessary for documentation and he would mark it returned. I had 15444 miles out in Denver, CO 8/12/23 and 16586.3 miles returned early 8/14/23in Richland, WA. Unit had just under 1/2 tank of gas, was cleaned except for bugs on front of unit. Left unit at 2373 Jericho Rd, Richland as per contract and was told to lock it and put key in drop box which I did. Return was horrible experience for early return, more gas than 7/16, cleaned in cab and in back, undamaged unit. App failure, Jericho location not open or helpful, instructions from rude person at that location soured me on uhaul. You made $1247.89 dollars a day for 2 days off me. I could have kept it till the 17Aug. '23 but got a text saying you had families that needed it...Just to get messed with at the end early return, with more gas and less miles.

Was originally set up for access to equipment via phone app. Phone app did not recognize my location even after troubleshooting with UHaul customer service by phone for an extended period of time. My reservation was changed to in-person pickup with BBS representative who was very helpful. Trying to use the phone app was extremely frustrating and a total waste of time. I would never consider going the phone app process in the future.

The website wasn't working and for some reason wasn't uploading the pictures of my license, thus I was not able to complete my pick-up online. The store was closing in 5 minutes (it was a Saturday afternoon) and when I ran inside frantic, I was assuming they would tell me they couldn't help me because they were about to close, but instead the agent there took the time to enter my reservation into the system himself manually. He also had trouble with the Uhaul website, and inevitably was unable to complete my reservation then & there. He unfortunately had to refer me back to the Uhaul "1-800"#, and after speaking with the agent on the telephone for over 15 minutes, I was finally able to complete my online reservation & pick-up my truck. The whole process took over an hour just to pick-up the truck when I'd already completed 75% of the reservation beforehand! The BBS location on Jericho rd in Richland gets an "A" for effort by way of their customer service, while the Uhaul online reservation process & customer service representative gets a "D" overall for it's lack of efficiency & expediency.

It was difficult to figure out how to pick up the truck, since there was a vehicle gate and it didn't look like we could enter the facility to get the key. Plus, we got there at 2:20, and the staff said they were leaving very soon, so it's not a 24-hour facility.

The uhal was not cleaned out behind the driver's seat, there was what looked like a dog mess or puke left there, I have a picture of it. The uhal had transmission problems and break problems. You had to stand on the break to get it to stop, once you got the uhal up to 60mph it would violently shake and not shift gears, it stalled on me several times. It jerked to the left several times. It needs an alignment badly. Driving it for as long as I had to with all of this going on severely hurt my back. That uhal should have been serviced a lot better before being handed to a customer.

My only issue is I wanted to pick the truck up at Reata Road. U-Haul Changed it to this location which caused me to inccur 13 additional miles to my "allotted" mileage and I barely squeaked in at 152 out of 155 miles allotted. But at this location Jorge was great!j

My only problem is I wanted the location on Reata Road. U-haul changed it with NO explanation as to why. I was allotted 155 miles. I squeaked by at 152. 16 of those miles was due to the drop off location change with NO explanation. But the facility was excellent Jorge was great. Ki would appreciate it if you give us a reason for any location change. Don't just tell us and expect us to be ok with it.

Correctly inform them as to the self pickup capability of each location. I was changed to this location, called U-Haul morning of pick up and was told explicitly that this location had self-service capability. It does NOT! Arrived at 8am, but location opens at 9am. Reservation was transferred to another location that had same truck available, drove there only to find that location could not rent me a 1-way rental (local rentals only). So back to other location and had to wait until 9am.

The person in charge at the Jericho Road Location was outstanding. He was very helpful and did everything that we needed done to get our rental truck. He couldn't have been better. Again outstanding.

The location was fine but when I tried to log on to my account it said that there was no reservations and I tried calling somebody it was like an hour and 10 minutes for a call back it said and anyway it was a real pain in the ass finally got it figured out. I'm surprised there's not a call center that has enough employees to handle any problem that arises seems a little archaic even talking to somebody live online was a 30 some odd minute wait it said.

Customer service was great and pick up location was nicely kept. Drop off location was good as well. The truck itself was older and it was fairly clean BUT it drove very rough. The alignment was way off and inside of truck was extremely loud with high pitch noise, we literally had to yell in cab to hear each other talk. It definitely needs some mechanical maintenance.
