The staff was kind and helpful, but the truck was most definitely broken. Neither of the cab doors closed, we had to push the locks down because we were scared it was going to fly open when driving. There was something off with the acceleration too, but it worked for the few hours I needed it.

It will help to have the after-hours pick-up instruction outside the facility. When I pick-up my rental truck, I didn't have a good internet connection in the area, and I couldn't follow the App pick-up instructions.

The whole experience was terrific. The van was beautiful (it was brand new and I know that’s, obviously, not always going to be the case, but what a beauty). I actually had fun and enjoyed “the ride”. BBQ World are the best Uhaulers and I have to start buying my propane from them as well!!

Back of truck was not swept & broken glass chips were all over the back from previous renter.. that aside truck ran great & did exactly what our family needed. The staff was very friendly & extremely helpful 👍

I Rented at this location many times. They always have the truck ready it's always clean not to mention how nice they are this why I always come back. I rent there 4 to 5 times a year and alway recommend them to my friends.

I was using a different location untill I found this place. Customer service at bbq world is top notch!!!! Awesome pick up and even better drop off you don’t even have to get out of your truck ! The U-Haul on Nesconset Hwy. in Smithtown had no trailer available to honor our reservation from five days earlier. Bayshore Sunrise Hwy. had the trailer size we wanted and off we went to that location. Pickup and Drop off without any problems. We did lose an hours time in the transition from Smithtown to Bayshore but should I need this service in the future Bayshore will be the location I would pick.
