Mary TI have no complaints the customer care at Miss Liz's lot is impeccable she was very clear about check out and return mileage,and rates. The truck was clean on pickup and we returned ot the way we received it. I will be a return customer.

Michelle KI'll rate you 5 stars but response to my messages and also letting me know I was getting charged another day would've been cool. That way I'm not rushing to get it back because i could've used it again. Was planning to get it 2 to 3x a week but decided just get my own or borrow one with little more leniency. Since I'll be using it a lot. Lady was sweet and wish her the best.
Jeremy HI did not opt in for safe move coverage and I've been charged for that at the end and I'm quite upset! My rental was very difficult to get one at the location because I had no coverage on my cell phone it took an hour and a half to get it done and it was not the person there that caused the problem it was the online check-in. Now I'm having issue with what I was charged.
MICHAEL LClean the inside of the windshield with something besides, what looked like, a vanilla milkshake. Wasn't even safe to drive because of bad visibility.
Kelby JI would not recommend renting from this location. It is in a bad area. Hidden charges! Horrible customer service. A/C does not work, emergency brake is broken and can not be used. Owner does not answer calls and returns them days later. DO NOT RENT!
