When i went at 6am it was not set up as self serve so I needed to wait over an hour for the location to give me a call and set it up. Truck was dirty with weed on the ground.Seevana H.

hello, the uhaul.com site said this location of B and G Convenience would open at 9am. However, we did the online check in and just needed to get the keys, but the store wasnt open . The hours online for the actual convenience store said 9:30. It was 9:39 and still nobody arrived so I called and the employee answered which was his cell phone and he said he was 'running late' and the issue with the pick up for 9am was uhaul's issue and website, not his. This put our day behind by an hour- we were moving our daughter our of residence which was time sensitive and this really put us behind. I picked this pick up location as it was close to home. I would like some compensation for this. Res # 83388618. Please reply and advise so I don't have to call. Thank youDaryl B.
The booking office forgot to indicate the location I chose did not have a dolly, which I had included in my booking. I had to go to another location for the dolly but the agent was very professional.Perpetua K.
