I didn't have internet service and the attendant explained what I needed and got uhaul on the phone while I gathered info. Then when I came inside all I had to do was report the info and leave. Great help!

JACOB PETERSWhen I went to pick up the truck the people working in the store did not know I was coming or how to process the rental of the truck. It took many phone calls and about 45 minutes to pick up the truck.

The reservation system is broken The trucks are broken The contracts are lies The staff is either unqualified or simply filled with uneducated people and the management staff are a bunch of assholes. I was scammed by that company. I am going to tell everyone how much this company is horrible. I’m gonna go to social media and tell the world how absolutely worthless and ridiculous this company is. You will never get my buisness again even if it costs me twice the price.

Rodney KlassenFirst of all this was not my original pick up location I was never intending to be in this location I was only there because the original police could not supply me with the vehicle I needed on the day I needed it even though I booked it one month in advance. When I got to this location to pick up the vehicle the employee at the location did not know how to complete the process so that I could leave with the vehicle. This was not her fault. In fact she was really amazing and easy to deal with she just didn’t know the process so I ended up staying in that location for about 30 minutes which I believe is an unreasonable amount of time. I had to speak with the manager of the location myself on the other employees phone in order to move things along so I could get on my way. So in short the person I dealt with was great but the situation was not.

Guy BelangerMy service at the pickup location was great. However, I was not impressed with how the procedures for Uhaul have changed. Previously I had booked Uhauls at a specific location and time and the truck has been there. The website used to not let you book a truck at a location and specific time if the truck wouldn't be available. This time, changes to the procedures were apparently made where preferences are chosen by no guarantee is made. There needs to be some way to make sure trucks are available where the person books it, even for one-way bookings. This change allowed for no suitable truck being available in my pick-up city, so an additional almost 40 minutes (both ways) was required by my own vehicle, plus an extra almost 20 minutes to the Uhaul drive. This is not a reflection of the service I had at either the pickup or drop-off location (which was great), this is for Uhaul in general.
Christina ParkeMy feedback is for the uhaul company as a whole. They changed the size of my van last minute to one size smaller the day before when we had it booked for 3 weeks. Then they made us pick it up in another county, and 3rd they didn't even have our extension booked when we picked it up. Making us give a review on the locations and not uhaul as a whole is a poor way to put the onus on the pickup and drop off locations when the system has flaws
Michael SzedlakI was originally quoted an amount just over $400 plus tax and insurance. We were unable to get reservations for our preferred return ferry time and our returns delayed by about 3 days. When I advised the lending location, I was directed to another rental site. When I checked in, my price almost doubled. This was for the new longer rental period which I paid for. After returning the trailer to the revised location given to me. I was charged an additional $180+ for undisclosed reasons! I will do whatever I can to avoid using Uhaul again!!!!

Dave PennerPicked up the truck with 3/8 th of a tank of gas, dropped it off with 3/8 th of a tank of gas, then get a bill for over $75 dollars. Had to call Uhaul, on the phone for an hour, to remove the dolly charge and fuel charge. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Bradley PayneThe poor staff at this location had very poor training and had no clue how to do anything properly as the had no training from uhaul about how to rent or return the equipment I rented. Looks really bad on uhaul in that manner..... great staff at this aylmer location and feel very sorry for them
