I'd hardly call this a store location when the people inside only sold cheap phone cases and hats and the only thing they know how to do is point to the number on the wall, which took two calls for anyone to answer.Jessica H.
Don't allow customer to choose to rent equipment then not have it available but then still charge for it, I called uhaul after I picked up van to let you know The two hand trucks were not there. They said they would make a note in the system. I was still charged $14. I then disputed the bill and it still came back that I was charged the $14.Mary P.

This place is not safe at all , it's in a bad neighborhood. The van was dirty and had food on the cabinet floor also looks like someone throw up in the cargo area and didn't wash it it was just dry vomit in there . When I come back to return it there was no parking available. After 20 minutes waiting for a spot we finally parked and crazy peoples kept coming asking us for change , because it was in front of a ghetto convenient store . Also got harassment phone call by the van owner asking when I am gonna return it and if I still got it don't know why he was calling me if I was using my phone with the 24/7 share . Not to mention at 6.30 am when I was trying to pick it up the D License verification process took 20 minutes wish made me late for my pick up . I had to call it in and the rep was rude . Than later I got surprised by an extra charge of $19.99 . This whole experience was a nightmare. 0 stars if I can .KAIES H.
Reservation was for 10am. Didn't get uhaul until 12:30pm. Was late for move in. Every hour I was late my building charged me $100. What should have been a $100 uhaul ended up costing me $500 because this location was unorganized and didn't confirm the reservation. Will never get another uhaul again.Evan M.
Unfortunately I do not remember the gentlemanâ€˜s name who took care of me. He was very knowledgeable, polite , should be considered an asset to represent U-Haul. Wouldn't change anything about the experience Only thing that could have made it better would have been if it was free LOLfred P.
The agent was friendly and helpful. Gave me up front pricing and at the end it was what was quoted. He was on time for appointments. It doesn't any better. We knew what we wanted and helped to pick the right size, which was correct. At the end he even told us about their moving option to have helpers if we needed them. The experience was smooth and satisfying. I will definitely use them and recommend them again. ¡Gracias!Wanda C.

Being Punctual ... I booked the truck for 7a and it didn't arrive until after 9a. The passenger seat belt did not work at all.VAIYA R.
App changed my original location to this location in the middle of no where in a very bad area of town. Place was closed without drop of key box. Homeless and men doing drugs in parking lot. Other business new nothing about uhaul. My life was in danger as woman in a place like that. Nobody cared to help over the phone. Told me to place key in the truck. After I explained the location and situation I was told to drop it off at the original location that called me the next day requesting to pick up truck otherswise I would be charged $50 fee.
