The process of using the phone to access the truck was a complete pain in the neck. Much of what had to be done could have been done in advance. It took me the better part of an hour onsite instead of being the convenient and quick process as advertised. I won’t do that again.

The building itself was falling apart, mainly because of the roof. There was mold and dust everywhere. The man could barely see to fill out paperwork, using glasses and a magnifying glass to see.

There was black mold on every single wall in the place. The smell was so bad I chose to wait outside in the heat.

Again, I’ll never recommend anyone use a remote site. Second, this site was not open for business for 3days when I got there to return the vehicle. You would think I would have been told this when booking. Then , the solution was to run ME around to another location in an unfamiliar city. When I refused , the second service rep - the first one hung up on me after not knowing what to do- again hoped that I would have wi fi at the location, and I did not, and they could not offer any alternative solution to simplify my problem. After much complaining on my part, the rep agreed to let me take pictures at the drop off location and send them from another location where I would have wi fi. I was then asked to call the business at the drop off point- when they reopened to confirm that the vehicle was there, and then call u haul. Bottom line , I had almost 4 hours into the rental process- with all of the wi fi issues and complete lack of help from customer service- all this for a 5 hour rental. I will never deal with u haul again.

It took way to long. He was having computer issues. Had to call somebody to take care of the rental. Had to go over all the information I had already given. Hours were listed wrong on the website.

This location looked extremely sketchy from the outside and inside. The roof was half gone, there were holes in the ceiling inside. I had no issues with the person I dealt with to get the truck. But as a woman picking up this truck alone, I felt very uncomfortable at this location.

This location was closed by the time I arrived but the fellow came out back and helped me anyway. I don’t remember seeing anything on my email stating the hours of the return location. This would have been helpful. I would have left the trailer there regardless.

The U-Haul equipment was well maintained but the truck didn't have a dolly. The manager said that he had been asking for one but hadn't gotten it yet. My main problem is with the building itself. It's so poorly maintained that I was afraid I was going to catch some disease just from being in there (I could see what looked like black mold in the waiting room) and the ceiling tiles looked like they might fall on someone's head. The outside of the building has big holes in the roof area that makes it look more like a condemned building than a place of business. The manager was very nice and he was competent but I would only recommend it to a friend as a last resort.
