Express check in for this location did not work. I had trailer for 8 days would be nice is trailer had a jack stand

Require contracts to be printed. Find a new location. Uhaul customers should not have to wait for the lunch rush to end before getting equipment.

The owner was helpful. He hooked up the trailer, connected the lights and sent me on my way. We went over some mountains and the trailer pulled well and we had NO issues.

Express check in was a joke. Still took like 20 minutes to answer all the same questions. He tried to charge my card $60 instead of $20. And the trailer lights didn't work. His phone rang often and he interrupted our transaction to handle other customers.

Need skilled staff. All go was given with out checking carefully if the vehicle, the tranporter, vehicle being towed were all will work. After half way thru we noticed that my car was over loaded. The ride was not smooth. The engine felt very stresses, in particular in uphill areas. But the friendliness was great. Nice and polite person.

The gentleman at the pickup location was wonderful but the pickup location was 45 minutes from where I requested to pick up the truck. The agents on the phone seemed baffled by questions. Overall, a surreal experience. I'll use a different truck company next time.

Worst customer service ever. I was TOLD to bring this to this location since it was the only one opened and it was CLOSED. I attempted to call UHaul and they were not helpful and I feared for the equipments security since the area was so shady. I will never rent another Uhaul.

The diner stunk. He did not review the equipment with me. After he attached the trailer to the hitch the chains and wiring were dragging the ground. The pick up location was 30 minutes out of my way when there was a location around the corner from me.

I was supposed to pick it up at a closer location was told this the night before I needed to pick it up so I was 18 miles out of my way. Then was told I would be emailed a receipt but that didn't happen either. Very disappointed.

Update dealer's system. Very slow; unable to call up personal info. Waited 10 to 15 minutes before calling regional office for assistance.

This location was 1hr. out of my way to begin with, due to disorganization of the UHAUL corp. I had reserved a trailer, and the original place I was suppose to pick it up did not have it, and claimed I cancelled my appt. But they were unable to tell me who cancelled! (no name cancelled my appt.) The site where I picked it up was a small diner-ish place, not bad, just slow as molassis. I wish there was more space to write! I am very dissapointed with the service during this experience. It is not the fault of any one site. It is the lack of professionalism and organization within the company!

Pretty dissapointed in the service at pickup. Had a reservation set up, showed up, owner had to call UHual to rereserve everything. Took well over an hour to get the approval to even hook up the trailer. Owner was friendly and nice, but it put me behind schedule badly. Also had someone from UHual call me in the afternoon requesting I return the trailer immediately to another location. Apparently they overbooked the car hauling trailers. Was not friendly or pleasant. Equipment worked and I got the car moved, but UHual failed in customer service, which always seems to be the case.

This location had a lot of problems. He could not find my reservation in the system and wanted me to start over. I was on a time line and found it very frustratiing. The individual wanted to be reponsive, but system wouldn't let him. I am use to going into Uhaul picking up my unit and being on my way. I normally trailers a couple of times per month, I am normally in and out in minutes. I was almost an hour here and it was very counter productive, I think the location wants to be responsive but hasn't been trained or the system connection is not adiquite,

Other than the price being outrageous the trailer did what I needed it to do. But I will not rent from uhaul again, to overpriced.
