We dropped the truck off with no problems. The location was unstaffed on Sunday afternoon, so we utilized the drop box and online return.
Charity BAva tire wasn't the most helpful cause they was closed when I dropped tge trailer off. I had to work the next day and I didn't know when I'd be able to drop it during normal business hours. Rented at 3p and dropped at 9p the same day. So much for being prompt cause I was charged for 48hrs. Not fair uhaul.
TRAVIS NWe returned the trailer a day early and processed the return online. I called the Uhaul customer service number before we left the lot. I explained to them that before we returned the trailer we took it to a self service car wash and washed it completely to remove all of the snow slush and dirt. We parked it in front of their office in a parking spot and chocked the tires with wood they had in the parking area. I took pictures inside and outside of the trailer. Three days later I found that they had attempted to charge my card 4 times for $30! Luckily I have my cards locked down when they are not in use and they couldn’t get any money. I called Uhaul and told them what happened and they told me to call them directly. I did and they said that I returned it late. I told them that I have dated pictures of the trailer in their lot! They immediately realized I caught them in a lie and they said they would remove the charge. I feel like they were trying to cheat us and I feel sorry for other customers that they have done this to!

Edward BI had to sweep the truck out, the gas gauge was incorrect, there was coffee or soda spilled in the cab. I cleaned it off the steering wheel and shifter to drive but did not wipe the rest of it down.
Sean DDid not expect to find the location closed for afternoon business because of election day. 24 hour drop off seemed to work and personnel were helpful when I inquired regarding the drop off on the following day.

Stephanie EI feel that U-Haul should provide trailer plugs (brake/light) for in town towing of a trailer. I also feel that if a customer dropped a trailer before the beginning of business, one should not have to pay for a 4th day.

JAMES CI went to this location to pick the trailer up,only to find they were closed for the winter. Luckily there was an emergency phone number on the door. I called the number and was greeted by a not so cooperative lady that told me they were closed for the winter. After about 15 minutes on the phone with her and sending her a copy of my license, she informed me that someone would be comming. A young man finally showed.up in a "annoyed attitude to put the trailer on my truck. Al in all it wasnt a very nice experience.

It was the same distance to from my destination, as to the drop off place I used. I thought I was being efficient returning to the next town over! Ha! She should have said something!
Charles KThe pickup location was too far away, 100 miles, asked if there was a closer place for pick up, was told no, drove by a uhaul place on Rte 66, about 4 miles from where I live & they had at least 4 26ft trucks in their lot. I doubt they were all being rented out since they were all still there 2 days later. Should have at least been given a discount & an allowance for the gas that was used for those 100 extra miles.

KIRK GThere were leaves, dirt and some books in the cargo department of the truck that had to be cleaned out before we could load. They should be inspected when returned.

Kenneth AIt said online there was a 20' truck available so I reserved it. They did not have a 20' so I ended up with a 10' truck. Due to the extra mileage it cost more and due to the extra time it took we didn't get everything moved... So I'm not real happy.
