I didn’t get a furniture dolly and I was charged $35. Not happy but I was able to do what I can with the utility dolly.

brenda allenNot bad very bad customer service specially when you go back to return the vehicle guy with the beard i don’t know his name was not rude absolutely rude! i asked him give me receipts so i know how you charge they say he can’t because he needs to go lunch ! when i got the truck they told me put some extra gas and we will give you credit so i did put extra gas what should be and told him and show him he said will give you some credit! but rather give me credit they charge me for safe driving i don’t know what is ! when i pick up the truck there was different guy he ask me if you need any insurance i told him know ! basically this place making the U Haul name bad please don’t take my words read other people comments ?

U-Haul's website & app are abysmal, thank goodness for the pick up location picking up the slack. • The phone app for checkout was stuck in a loop and could not be used. • The phone app for check-in never progressed past a picture of the odometer and could not be used. • The website was extremely difficult to navigate in order to simply rent a truck. All the pages and pages of add-ons, then moving the obscure "I don't need this" link to different positions on each page required 3 passes to get the rental reserved. In my opinion IT staff at corporate should be replaced.

Brandon OgdenThe guy that checked me in was extremely rude and did not do the check in process correctly. They switched the truck (truck was filthy with garbage both inside the cab as well as the back as it had loose socks and garbage presumably from the previous user) I was using and in the process of doing my check out all the information was wrong and I wanted it corrected he said it could not be done at that time and don’t worry about it and he’ll do it, which he did not do accurately or correctly. This caused a big dispute on the check out where he was even more rude and became verbally aggressive. I will never use this location again given the horrendous experience and being overcharged due to the laziness and aggressive nature of the worker.
Mitchell HoustonTruck was a rough ride. Lots of vibration. Breaks also need to be checked. Personnel were very friendly helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility and use this place again. Just recommend the truck get looked at because it was a painful drive.

Why I did not get 24 hour rental? I should be compensated/credited back. I reported this complaint and was to receive a call back from management, I have not received a call back from a manager

rebekah feigelWhen we arrived for our reservation, we were given keys to a truck that did not have a passenger side front headlight, There were two trucks available in the size we reserved (15'), but we were told one was reserved for another customer later in the day and the other could not be rented out because it was for locals only. Instead of serving our reservation first, the woman offered us a 20' truck at the same rate, which was an inconvenience because of the size. Also, no one came out to do a walkthrough check or confirm the gas level, which i noticed myself was at about a quarter tank, but they later sent a contract that said it was at half a tank, so I had to pay the difference at our destination. They also double charged us for a dozen blankets that they gave to us, only find a dozen in the back of the truck already. A very careless and not customer service based operation.

I am not sure why this is but it is frustrating when I was being told that I was getting a free upgrade for picking up my truck early and then once I get the receipt it's $1,000 more than what was originally quoted.

This man charged a few more people over 140.00 and they was also wondering why. I feel like y'all scammed us. It's not right! One day y'all will get figured out, because y'all know y'all are over charging everyone.

One word answers to questions. The empathy and human connection sucked. There was no communication whatsoever about the UHaul. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

No paperwork was given and no mention that it would be in email or text until we asked. I ordered furniture pads in my original order but none were available. We were also told to “wiggle the key” if the ignition didn’t turn off. We were also told to just call u-haul for help if The truck stopped on us but I’m the middle of a move there is no time to worry about the reliability of a vehicle that is rented. Very Poor Service. He even talked about his shop being better than the ones on Watt avenue but I’d bet they offer better customer service and vehicles that start right away.

Thomas FathI asked reserved a 20 foot and they gave us a 26 foot. If I wanted a 26 ft I would have reserved. The independent contractor associated with U-Haul was a joke. They did not come prepared to move. They dropped my boxes and threw boxes on the truck. One of the mover s spent a good deal of time on his phone.

Lynn OstiguyTruck had an exhaust leak I had to listen to for 3days and 1700 miles. Also check engine light was on the entire time. This truck should never have been sent out in it's condition! Fender on trailer literally fell off which I had to strap back on along side a busy freeway in El Paso Texas. Was charged a late fee for bringing the truck back a day late even though that was supposed to have been the scheduled return date.
Tom BuschHave experienced staff and vehicles in cleans proper working condition. The truck I rented looked as though there was an attempt to steal it as the ignition on the steering column was broken and missing parts. It was hard to turn the key And was painful on my fingers. The inside of the cargo area floor was messy and sticky.

alan bandyI received the truck had less half tank of fuel. I only drove 13 miles and filled $10 which about 1.5 gallons before I returned it. And they charged me 6 gallons of fuel which $39. This place is doing shaddy business. What kind of truck that used 6 gallons of fuel in 13 miles. They cheated me for $39. This is the wrong thing to do and bad for business.
kevin nguyenThe guy Chris was so unprofessional. We also didn’t ask for a coverage which we were charged $14. The gas was already less than a quarter tank when we got it, we didn’t fuel up because we figured that he would just charge the same amount we got it at. But he charged way more than he was supposed too for gas. This company definitely rips you off. NEVER AGAIN. This is my 3rd time going through uhaul and I will never ever come back here again.
