I asked reserved a 20 foot and they gave us a 26 foot. If I wanted a 26 ft I would have reserved. The independent contractor associated with U-Haul was a joke. They did not come prepared to move. They dropped my boxes and threw boxes on the truck. One of the mover s spent a good deal of time on his phone.

Truck had an exhaust leak I had to listen to for 3days and 1700 miles. Also check engine light was on the entire time. This truck should never have been sent out in it's condition! Fender on trailer literally fell off which I had to strap back on along side a busy freeway in El Paso Texas. Was charged a late fee for bringing the truck back a day late even though that was supposed to have been the scheduled return date.

Have experienced staff and vehicles in cleans proper working condition. The truck I rented looked as though there was an attempt to steal it as the ignition on the steering column was broken and missing parts. It was hard to turn the key And was painful on my fingers. The inside of the cargo area floor was messy and sticky.

I received the truck had less half tank of fuel. I only drove 13 miles and filled $10 which about 1.5 gallons before I returned it. And they charged me 6 gallons of fuel which $39. This place is doing shaddy business. What kind of truck that used 6 gallons of fuel in 13 miles. They cheated me for $39. This is the wrong thing to do and bad for business.

The guy Chris was so unprofessional. We also didn't ask for a coverage which we were charged $14. The gas was already less than a quarter tank when we got it, we didn't fuel up because we figured that he would just charge the same amount we got it at. But he charged way more than he was supposed too for gas. This company definitely rips you off. NEVER AGAIN. This is my 3rd time going through uhaul and I will never ever come back here again.

Charging someone $38 for 6gal of gas when I only drove 12 miles is robbery. You're telling me that truck only gets 2 miles to the gallon!!!??? AND, you charge $30 just to put gas in!!?? So I paid $68 for 6 gallons of gas when I only drove 12 miles total!!! This is straight up robbery, I will NEVER rent from you again!

Rep didnt really care much about customer. wanted 24 hour reservation, did 7 hours and told me to return it before tomorrow morning. Changed me for safemove even though i declined it. Put my gas tank at 1/4, when i got in to the car, the low fuel signal is on. Miles out were rounded down from 93879.9 to 93879.0 . Didn't reprint receipt and said would adjust it when he checked out in the morning. Didn't check out and email me receipt until i called. Then was charged fuel charge and safe move that i wasn't supposed to be charged. Had to call couple times to get it fixed. Now still don't have the correct receipt. A pain for no reason. Will never go back there again.

I put 10 dollars gas in that truck for 15 miles But they charge me 2 gallon gas and 30 dollars gas service,I have my own insurance but they charge me that to. It's completely unprofessional

Hold a reservation and not make me travel double the distance and cost me double the price for something I booked ahead of time and was said to be available. No fault of the location but the truck was dirty. Both the cab and the box were dirty The windshield was filthy. The truck had an exhaust leak, and the fan for the passenger compartment only worked when it felt like it so the AC wasn't particularly effective. Overall a poor rental experience from the point of the vehicle. The facility helped as much as it could.

The truck was dirty in the cab, and had dirt and rocks in the bed of the truck which we had to clean out in order transport our furniture. The gas level was at 3/4, which we brought it back to at the same level, but there was a random $9 charge. They also added an additional $20 insurance fee which they did t tell us about. I'm not happy, there are more honest and customer friendly companies that I will choose next time.

The representative that I dealt with and renting and returning the truck did not seem to want to do his job at no point would he go out to the truck with me he went out came back in and gave me the key and told me to go out for the truck out. It was a little offputting so when I entered the truck I took pictures of the mileage and gas as well as the entire outside of the truck and the inside of the box truck I was unable to upload anything to the website I only got errors when I try to click on the link that was sent to me when I return the vehicle with more gas than I took it out with I asked him if he would come out to check the vehicle back in he told me no to just leave the keys and he will send my receipt later. When the receipt finally came I was overcharged he told me $10.88 for fuel when I suppose it I called and asked him to reverse the charge because I had brought the vehicle back with more gas and I had taken it out with he kept trying to tell me that I did not I wound up having to send the photos that I've taken before and after as well as the receipt from the gas that I had purchased throughout the entire conversation he was extremely rude and condescending only to find out that my documentation was correct and he eventually reversed the $10.88 overcharge.

Terrible service, weekend drop off and did not explain the steps to follow in order to return truck, causing undue stress and an hour of my time trying to get in contact with the location's rep. Also, they charged us $60-some dollars on the spot, while uhaul.com charged us the full amount the next day.

Worst experience so far! I was notified that the 26' truck I rented was not available due to the prior renter not returning the vehicle. I was downgraded to a 20' truck at a new location and I asked to have mobile pickup so I could come early in the morning. When I arrived, the truck was behind 3 other trucks and the person working there wasn't in for another 45 minutes. I had to wait for the employee to arrive, and then he gave us a different truck than we were scheduled to have. When I attempted to drop off at the location I originally selected, the app notified me that the drop off had been changed to another one 20 minutes away from where I was! On top of that, the employee who gave me the new truck didn't notify the system of the correct vehicle number, so when I dropped the key, the system thought I hadn't returned the vehicle. I spent another hour dealing with it over the phone to get it all resolved. Quite frankly, the communication between Uhaul and third parties is terrible, and the hours the employees keep are awful too.

I just rent a truck today. The gas was only quater tank. i ask the guy to look at the gas gagge. He said he has knowlegde gas is only quater tank. I return the turck with more gas. Even though i put gas with my brother card. The guy name Chris charge me more $50 for the gas. when i call him he start argument with me. He was very rude and use f words many time. .

Train the employees to do there job correctly and not to scam there customers charging them extra fees . I took a picture of the gas when It was dropped off. And it was still dirty . I gave the truck back exactly how it was given to me. Same gas and the same dirt

The check in experience was pretty bad. When i arrived, I was told to login into the app which I did. However, the choice to check in did not pop up on my app and I was stuck waiting for someone to help me via the phone number. The girl who helped me was extremely nice and considerate having to come into the office on Saturday and help the few customers who were stranded like me. The move itself was ok but the gas was almost completely empty to begin with and would have been better if started with a full tank.

Two items- labeling the key box and the gas gauge. 1. The key boxes are not numbered correctly. My key was located in box 1. However, my code did not work on the box labeled ‘1'. There were 2 boxes to the left and I tried my code and it worked on the unlabeled box. 2. When checking out the truck the gas gauge and odometer came on quickly and accurately. Unfortunately, while I was gassing up, I constantly checked the gas gauge and it stopped moving around the 5/8 level. I continued to pump but it wouldn't move. I know it has a large gas tank (40-80gal). I stopped the pump and started the truck to watch the needle, it didn't move. I repeated this four more times. Then I replaced the gas cap and started the truck and the needle didn't move past the ‘5/8' mark. I pumped more gas and then the pump stopped. It was now full of gas. I only needed to return with 3/4 full. This gas station was about a mile from my drop off. While I was driving the needle stayed on the 5/8 mark, I was so confused, I figured I would be charged for the gas shortage on return because of the needle. The needle didn't start to moving until I was about 3/4 a mile up the road and it slowly creeped up and finally went to the ‘full' mark after I parked and let it run while it kept creeping to the ‘Full' mark. I only used a quarter tank of gas but filled up a half tank to return. I was out of extra money. I would like a refund. I am aware of no refund on gas but this was not trying to be avoided at every chance on my part. I know how to return rentals at the correct level by checking the gauge, and I did several times check the gauge while pumping gas. The gauge wasn't working properly. This gas gauge should be fixed or future renters warned about it.

I had a horrible experience. The guy showed up 45 minutes late to open the location. When I got in the truck it was on Empty. It said 20 miles until Empty. Had to go directly to the gas station. When I went to return the truck no one was at the facility again. When I called the number on the door he said "I am out getting gas." I would not recommend this location to anyone. I am completely dissatisfied.

Horrible experience. The rental was moved to a city 30 miles away last minute (and I was charged extra for every mile), ordered a 20' truck and it hadn't been returned so forced down to a 15' truck which meant I had to take multiple moving trips when it should have only taken one (also more miles/gas and more time), then I absolutely filled the tank up to the exact spot it was when I picked it up (photo evidence) but they still charged me 4 gallons extra. Abysmal.

The place was a bit less than professional, but the customer service rep, Bogdon, was so awesome it more than made up for it. He came early, helped me move my reservation time, and checked out the truck with me. He was friendly, professional, helpful and extremely fast and knowledgeable.

The office is still in remodeling. But the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at Pickup and drop off. If I need a rental in this area again, I will definitely recommend checking with this location first.
