customer service in the beginning when picking up the truck was totally fine but when dropping it off the gentleman was not even there in the office and I left the key with some random person who ran a smog business next door. So I was not even able to do a final walk-through and then see my final charge and then I was overcharged telling me I did not put gas in the car when I did and I brought it right back to the same spot on the gas gauge and I even took a picture of it left a lot when picking up the truck and then the owner of this particular U-Haul sent me a picture of the gas gauge when I returned it and then I sent him my picture and it's the same and I still haven't been refunded the $25 that they decided to blindly charge me and not even call me to let me know but they were going to do this they just did it poor customer serviceAndy A.

Although, due to Covid, I had to use the code op box for leaving the keys, the person in charge called me beforehand as a courtesy and texted me the drop off location. He was also immediately available by phone when I called about leaving it there. I also got an email right away to close out the rental. I would highly recommend this location.TREYCEE A.

I have bene a loyal u haul customer for over 15 years, and now I can say I will NEVER use your company again. I was informed less than 24 hours before my rental that if I wanted the truck I reserved, I would have to drive over a 100 miles away. then when I return the truck you charged me for fuel even though I returned the truck at the same level I picked it up at....what a horrific experience...Edward T.

Was not able to pick up on time because business was not set up for mobile pick up like it listed so we had to come back 2 hours later. Was also not able to drop off on time because gates were locked even though the business was supposed to be open. There was a sign on the door saying on call. The person who answered the call on his phone told me to leave the trailer in their parking lot and they would take care of it when they returned. That made me uncomfortable, since someone could just as easily have come by and taken the trailer as there was no one there. I have been there once before and the service was lousy then as well. I will drive further with my business in the future instead of going to this location.JEFFREY B.
I didn't know that the customer service rep was on-call and off-site. I called the number listed in the window, and I was able to contact the rep. After 20 minutes, he did show up and I was able to drive the 15' truck rental away, with some delay. Does this happen frequently, where nobody is on-site, and the renter has to wait for them to show up?Michael L.
Tow dolly was missing a tail light fixture. Took a great amount of effort for Uhaul resolve and get me a new tow dolly. Multiple phone calls to Uhaul after being sent to a location that didn't even have. Very stressful as we were moving out of state the next day. I'll be asking for a partial refund.Barlow S.

The young man behind the desk didn't wear a mask, the truck we ordered was not even at that location nor available, a truck that was just returned, was given to us. A 32 MINUTE TURNAROUND. He told us bluntly he checked the truck and serviced it, when he did not. We did not realize that it was 32 minutes until my son mentioned it, and we brought it up with our storage facility in Oregon and the drop off location, they were able to verify the 32 min turnaround on the truck. Not to mention it was not sanitized between uses, putting me and boys at risk for COVID- 19, as well as my wife who is at a much higher risk of having a fatal outcome if she contracts the virus. Get a more professional representative behind the desk.John H.

I reserved the rental and when arrived to pick it up there was no one available during regular business hours. Had to call a number left on the door and waited for an additional 45 min for the owner to show up. Also made sure the vehicle was refueled and actually put more gas than needed. Come to find out I was charged anyway. This is a small operation and I guess they need to anything to squeeze out more revenue.Paul V.

This is the worst I have ever had! Called and made an appointment when I got there nobody was there, I waited for a while I had to make a phone call finally got service 20 minutes later!Then I get the vehicle end it was dirty inside and out smelled horribly inside like they just sprayed something and it lasted for the 3 days I had truck and when it shifted gears it jerked really hard! Then when I went to return truck and get my bill they tried to charge me an extra $10 a day and a whole extra day so watch out for these guys hard to say what they might do to somebody else that doesn't catch this! WORST U-HAUL EVER!!!!!!!dan M.

Then I had to go through a registration process providing information that had already been provided online earlier. I reserved the truck for 7am and the location wasn't open and the truck was behind a locked gate I called the office number and was informed that I needed to return at 8:30 when I arrived at 8:30 nobody was there I didn't get my truck until after 9 and it was the business owner next door who called the man to come because when I called the phone number left on the door I got the voicemail when I asked why I couldn't get the truck at the time I reserved it for he said we don't open until 8:30 so I asked why I wasn't directed to another location when making my reservation? He told me he didn't know how the online reservation works! Then when I went to return the truck the office was closed! I feel like every rental sight should be held responsible for knowing how the online reservations work. I told him peoples time is valuable I needed that truck at 7am and was made to settle for a later time. This is bad business and I will never use that location again and may never use U-Haul ever again!Deborah D.

The service was slow. It appeared the staff was not well trained and unsure how to operate their system. The trailer axles appeared rusted and did not allow for a very smooth ride and potentially caused damage to one of my items because of how rough the trailer was riding.Taylor K.

i had a truck reserved for 9:00 am no one was there when I arrived after contacting 1-800-go uhaul they contacted the owner and prompted some one to open at 10:00. Upon returning my rental the office personnel informed me they would have to email my receipt because their printer was not working. Upon checking my receipt tonight I discovered a fuel fee of 30.00. I put 22 miles on the truck and put three gallons of gas in the tank. Ridiculous charge. The customer service at this location was extremely poor. I will not be backNathaniel B.
Only one person working the property. The first words out of his mouth was that I was late. Not knowing the area, I had to search the neighborhood for a gas station to top off the tank. I was 11 minutes late. I explained that we should have been given more time, based on the pickup experience. I also mentioned that the truck only had a half a tank of gas at the time of pickup. I took a picture to confirm the mileage and gas gauge at the time of pickup. I showed him the picture, and he said that didn't confirm anything. I said I just didn't want to get charged for the gas if they thought the truck was full when I picked it up. He said I should have immediately let them know. I felt I was getting punished. Again, not the best experience. As far as the truck, it was awesome! It handled great and fulfilled all of our needs.Jack K.

The truck I picked up for a one-way trip was new and in excellent company. Since this site is a subsidiary, like a franchise, they do not have a lot of vehicle variety, so I got lucky. The local location was fine. The regional scheduling office is terrible. I rent from Uhaul maby 2x / month. These people confirmed my rental prior to my 3 hour drive, then on arrival to pick up they suggest I go to a location over an hour away. Then they yelled at me on the phone and talked over me. Then told me nothing was closer.. --I found what I needed directly at the local store. The area scheduling team needs to be wiped and restaffed.Daniel B.
