In my case, I needed an adapter because I had a square hitch and needed a ball hitch. It would have been nice to be able to rent an adapter because I had to go to two other different stores to purchase one. But I understand if the demand to rent one might not be very high demand... lol!

Make process not as long at the shop when you do the pre application online. Maybe have more fuel efficient vehicles. $37 for under 20 miles is expensive.

First I was told that I had to drop my uhaul off in Sackville NB so instead of 29.99 I was charged 69. Then I get a call later on saying to drop it back off in Memramcook where I got it and I'd be refunded and only charged the 29.99. So I drop it off today, nobody is working. I start heading home and I call the lady that works there. She says oh you have to go online and check out and I can be reimbursed online. I click the link it doesn't work. I call the 1800 number and the lady tells me I have to go online but I have to be at the uhaul location. So I turn around and go back and get it done. STILL don't have an answer on whether or not my card has been reimbursed or not.

There is not enough space to explain the completely unsatisfactory experience I had in picking up the rental. It was dangerous, absolutely not customer centric, and damaged your brand.

We got there to pick up our truck and there was a problem with the computer system (it froze while I was trying to confirm the insurance on the truck), so she had to call someone to help.... They told her she had to start over with my reservation so after waiting 20 minutes I had to give her all my information a second time....

Open at the scheduled time. Rented a small truck, arrived at the Moncton office to find out we were given the biggest truck. Had to drive to Memramcook. Waited 20 minutes for the 9 O'clocK opening. They arrived at 9:10 am. Left there around 9:30 am. We loaded the truck and headed to Tracadie-Sheila. As soon as we were done, left to go drop off on Caraquet. Looked and looked for the UHaul dealerships. When we finally gave up and called for the information, we were told that we needed to drop the truck off in Bathurst. After a long day and knowing we had to get the apt organized was frustrating. Imagine finding out we had to drive another 2 h. Please contact me to discuss the situation.
