Location's UHaul key box was hard to find, but my main problem is not with them. UHaul itself SUCKS as a service. Your mobile app is absolutely useless and left me essentially stranded for 15 minutes while trying to return the vehicle. I would take a photo of the odometer and gas as requested, but your app would not register that a photo was taken. I was only able to finally leave thanks to the help of a helpful customer service associate on your phone lines who marked my information remotely. Update your app!!!!

The staff at this shop was awesome , totally coming back next time I need a uhaul
RICHARDJ B.This was the only location within 30 miles that offered the size truck I needed. It was 20 miles from my location so I had to pay $40 just to pick up and return the truck. Also, when I picked up the truck the blankets or moving pads that were included that I had requested were all wet and filthy and could not be used to move my furniture. I called U-Haul customer service and complained and was assured that these charges for the moving pads would be removed from my final bill. However when I received my final bill today I see charges not only for the moving pads but I only got 12 moving pads and at $10 per six moving pads I was being charged $30. I shouldn't have been charged anything because I could not use the blankets that were included. They spent the entire time I had the truck laying out to dry and were completely unusable and unsuitable for what I needed them for. I'm very dissatisfied with service from this U-Haul location and with U-Haul customer service.

Richard C.U-Haul rep should be more informative at pick up. I have never rented a truck before and was not sure what I needed to know. I had to ask, "where do I leave the truck?", "where do I leave the keys?", "what do I do if I have a mechanical problem?", "what is the phone # to call if I get stuck or if I will be late?", etc. Otherwise all was good.
