The staff at the drop off location could not believe how dirty the truck’s cabin was. I’m just happy they believed me when I told them it was like this when I picked it up.

Bansimba mTruck was not ready to pick up with my cell phone since I was out of opening hours. Bill charged 2 days but I use the truck only 3 hours during the same day.

FRANCINE CL'emplacement est difficile d'accès : entrée sur route principale. Les camions et remorques sont trop tassées : difficile de se déplacer. On m'avait promis que le camion serait prêt a 08hres : j'ai semble-t-'il dérangé une employée qui n'était pas contente de me servir. Le camion n'était pas déneigé

Alain LSorry for my english The break was not ok. The truck was shifting at the left when i was breaking. The light inside de the truck did not open when i open the door. It was really border me because i was on night location. I advise the rental person for the problem and the are suppose making the correction.

Juan CThere was noticeable loose in the steering. The problem is the price. 89c/km...having made more precisely my calculation, I would have never gone with uhaul. I would have paid less with the other one I've called just before.

Michel CThe fees on the website was not applyed. How can uhaul say it’s 19,95$ for 24 hours and after that, they wanted to charge 19,95 for 4 hours ? They told me every uhaul place has his own fees but it was not written when I booked the truck on the website. That is complitly not honest. So I was stressed to go fast and give back their truck the next day asap. I was very tired and stressfull. When I give back the truck, they told me « next time I will not serve you ». Do they think I will come back ?

roger hTrès mauvais service, absence de personnel au retour du camion. En appelant au téléphone, le monsieur a demandé de laisser les clés quelque part sans la fermeture du contrat!!!! Je ne le recommande pas.

daniel bThe vehicles at this U-Haul location are always in great condition. I’ve used the 9’ van and the 10’ and 15’ trucks in both winter and summer. They are clean, have a full tank of fuel, and are ready to go. The staff are very nice and accommodating. If you need anything or have any questions, they are just a phone call away and are happy to help. Highly recommend.

Olivier VHeureusement qu'il y avait cet établissement. Nous avions contacter le site principal ou central de U-Haul avant de contacter cet établissement directement. Tout s'est bien passé avec lui. On ne peut en dire autant avec le site central. Ils ont émis un contrat que nous avons reçu où le prix en vigueur et qui est même publié sur le site est clairement indiqué. Malgré ce fait, un représentant nous a téléphoné et a tout fait pour nous faire annuler le contrat prétextant entre autre que le prix n'était pas bon et que vous deviez appliquer les prix plus élevé correspondant à la période de pointe. C'est de la fraude et la protection du consommateur en sera informé.
