One tire was only 1/2 full of air andxwe had a long trip. The location manager just told us to go to a local gas station. Sge had no way to pump at her location. She was also not able to find our drop off location (a large uhaul dealer) in the computer. So we had to arrange that drop off later on. But she was helpful and friendly.
