This entire experience started poorly when what I rented was suddenly unavailable. When I was informed of the transfer, I was ensured that I could still do everything with my phone and wouldn't need my DL or anything. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told that was not correct. The owner asked questions that were not his business about my move and made me extremely uncomfortable. After I picked up the van, I found out that the right tail light was out. The check engine light was on. I couldn't see the millage until I turned on and off the van. This was probably the worst experience I've had with UHaul.Angela O.

Finding this location was a lifesaver for me. I was able to make a last minute reservation on a Saturday morning and thanks to the owner I was able to return the trailer after hours. He explained exactly what needed to be done when returning the trailer, where to park it, and made sure I completely understood how to unhook it (I've never done it before). He was kind, extremely helpful and made a stressful situation (for me) easier. I highly recommend this location.TIFFANIE H.

The gentleman is polite and efficient. The equipment was ready early and clean. The return was very simple (we did return 2 hours early). If we need, or the kids need to move again: we will definetly use this service. The 24/7 share app is easy to use as well.George S.

One thing that I feel U-Haul could do to improve their service would be to rent equipment such as appliance and utility dollies by the hour vs. the entire day. In many case such as mine I just need a dolly for any hour to move a large item into the cargo trailer that I rented.Paul W.

My last 4 dealings with U-Haul, have been absolute train wrecks! From reservations, to picking up equipment, (trucks and trailers), operating or pulling, to returning of the equipment. For whatever use it is to say, my next rental experience will not be with U-Haul.Roger M.

The pickup location was fine and the the owner was polite and courteous. That being said the trailer never should have been rented. We had a blowout of one tire about 100 miles out. The service tech that changed the tire said two other tires were bald and had dry rot. we were able to get the trailer to a local u-hall dealer at 8356 Thompson Rd, Northlake Tx where they replaced the other two bad tires. Please give the guys there a big thanks for staying open late and getting us back on the road.Edward G.

I knew I had to fill The u-haul to 9/16 fuel. The fuel gauge had a VERY LONG DELAY which made me have to fill it completely up which cost me a extra 40 dollars in fuel charges. 3 minutes after filling the tank completely up then it finally registered as full. The interior cargo lights would not always stay on so we had to load/unload with a flashlight.angela H.

I feel I was overcharged for the trailer rental. Uhaul charged me 247$ to take the trailer to Florida for one day and I rented another one in Florida back to Texas and it cost 97$jerry B.
