MICHAEL MThe workers were pleasant over the phone but the experience was horrible. You’re not told about hidden fees. I only drove the truck for about 20 minutes max and I was charged for 11 gallons of gas. The gas tank was on a quarter, I only used a small amount and was charged a gas fee and 11 gallons. My total was $58 after I returned the truck it was $142. The truck was raggedy and the passenger door was broken. It took 30 mins just to get the keys

DAVID WI took them 6 weeks to charge my card their stuff was dirty seats and steering wheel were sticky and anytime I try to call nobody answered so after 6 weeks of wondering what's going on I finally get charged which is ridiculous and completely unprofessional

Cecelia HCustomers should be informed at the outset that if they are returning the rental after hours, they will need to take and upload a photo of rhe vehicle's odometer as well as of the vehicle's interior . I was not so informed, and the requirement to provide this digital data caused me some consternation. The U-Haul rental office should have available to customers a printed document identifying and explaining each of the critcal requirements of the pickup and droppoff process for the vehicles that are rented. As a customer, I wrongly thought that my responsibilities pertaining to my rental vehicle were limited to returning the vehicle clean, with a full tank of fuel, and returning the vehicle key to the U-Haul key drop box. I learned to be sorely mistaken once I consulted the U-Haul app after having completed the referenced responsibilities. Ur-Headache After U Leave.

LAKISHA MI was charged a gas fee without having the gas level verified at drop off...This is an easy way to rip off customers without recourse. I will NEVER use u-haul again. I hope it was worth the $40 upcharge.

GEORGE SStill have not been able to access payment record, I have no record of rental or payment of rental fees. UHaul site still unable or inwilling to provide the payment record. There was no problem processing a charge fee to American Express. This does not help the customer at all. Very poor service.
eugene wI paid $10 for a hand truck. No hand truck. I was still charged $10. It’s not about the money, just really poor customer service and failure to deliver on a very simple request that was ordered and pre-paid.

Kehinde LThe truck did start and the tried to make me feel it was my issue. Of course it did the same at the location..3 people tried to start it to no avail. Turned it in 1 hour early and no one was there at noon. Ordered 2 dolls that were not in the truck.
Kay bNobody was there even though it was between their open times. They also have a huge sign saying no mask no uhal reservation even though the mandate is over.
Valerie KI rented and reserved a U-Haul with moving blankets. When I picked up the U-Haul, the blankets were not ready. This forced me to go to. Difficult U-Haul location to get blankets, consuming an hour of my time. This was very frustrating.

Mike KWhen I logged in, the reservation was for a different location than the text notification I received. The actual pick-up location was different than what the website said. That can be improved. But the 2139 Defense Hwy location was fantastic!
