I was over charged on my card for the rate of the rental. I was quoted $116 would be held on my card, but then $191 was taken. When I called I was told that someone from the regional office would call me, and no one did.

sharon wThe check-in and check-out process with the app was kind of a pain. Especially when the app would freeze or not recognize some of the many pictures I was required to take. Other than that, the service and people I dealt with were great.
NATHAN WJeff and Jesse are awesome. Made it convenient for pick up and return. Easy to work with. App check out on return kept timing out when I was trying to enter credit card. Took me 30 minutes. But Auto One took care of this morning for me!

Lucian HI rented for a day did not have the truck for 24 hours and was charged another day so showed up the next day at 9am and was told they could not check me in because the guy didn't have the key and now a nother 2 days later I receive this. I never received my change for this and won't have a ride back to the location till next week.
STEVEN GDid not open on time. Took 1 hour to check in (even though I had checked in online). Did not have equipment that i ordered (hand truck-seriously! . Delayed the whole move. Also, quoted .40 per mile and later found out it was 1.00 mile over on rental. Very unhappy with the service provided here.

eedwin tThe people at the location were very friendly and helpful. That said, the truck I received had not been swept in the back. It had scores of plastic beads all over and had food remains in the cab. I cleaned out the back of course, so I could use it and cleaned it out again for the return.

eedwin tTerrible experience. First, was told by the UHaul phone service number that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my truck until the store opened, even though I scheduled to pick it up at 8am. I was told this at the time I went to pick it up. I was also charged for gas when I know for a fact that I returned the truck with more than it had when I picked it up. Furthermore my receipt said I was charged $11 for two gallons of gas, while the paperwork I signed stated I’d be charged $4.50 per gallon. That math doesn’t add up. Overall awful.
Vincent SJesse was amazing. I had the reservation for 2pm and I was running 1 hour late. I called Jesse at 2:15pm and told him I was running late. He said they closed at 2pm but he would wait around. I thought this was amazing service. Thank you Jesse for the great customer service!

DAN AHave a sign posted on the door where the uhaul sign is that service is around back. The small sign on the post is not easily noticeable I was offered drugs by a stranger while I was parked on the front side of the property.
John CPut an effing sign up that uhaul pickups are in the back of the building. The building looks form the front like it has been condemned by the city. One single sign would have made all the difference. Have the dolly in the truck that we already paid for instead of making us drive elsewhere for it and then charging us for “going over in mileage”
