Everything was great
tommy fReserved truck for 9am. Got there at 9:30 and the gate was locked. Came back at 10 and it was open. Inconvenient.

Linda NNothing to complain about these particular stores but the whole uhaul experience was terrible. Set me up at a store that was not open that day I needed to pick up. Once arrived I couldn’t get my truck keys then had to spend an hour and a half on the phone with customer service to find a location with the size truck I needed. Completely ruined my schedule.
JAIDAN GThe gate was not open when I drove by the first time. The location is located off of the highway so I had to drive up a miles and come back down
VANITA JClean the truck (piece of cake left in the truck with a spoon and face masks) and not be an hour and a half late to give me a key (after I requested self pickup) and forget to give me my dolly. Had to use my own personal vehicle and gas to go pick up a dolly from another U-Haul location.

michael bHad to wait over 20 minutes for someone to bring the key after I had rented the truck . And I had to wait 40 minutes after opening time for someone to show up so I could return it . The hours said 10 but someone show up until 10:40.
ESMERALDA AThey were friendly, helpful and even backed the trailer for me when I struggled with it.
Zane BVehicle was ready when picking up, took an extra 30 minutes. It was also way too expensive for $90 and only driving 6 miles total.
